The most impactful feature for project management is the ability to invite multiple client stakeholders without complication. Notion has one big downside: the lack of an offline mode. If the internet or Notion's servers are down, I cannot access information. This is a big disadvantage. Sometimes, Notion can be slow, especially if there is too much information or during peak times. This is mostly noticeable to technical users. Another issue is that there are cases where people have lost information due to bugs.
