I have experience using both Asana and Notion and when it comes to choosing between the two, I find myself leaning more towards Notion. While Asana is undoubtedly a good tool, I have some reservations about its design and interface. Notion, on the other hand, has a great design and interface. Asana is effective for task management, but I didn't connect with it as much, since I didn't use it extensively. My experience with Notion has been different and I quickly grasped its capabilities and enjoyed the learning process. It encourages a more technical approach with features like formulas and the ability to create customized databases, which I appreciate. It allows users to bring their ideas to life without being limited by pre-defined structures.

I highly recommend taking the time to familiarize yourself with Notion’s interface and features. While it might take some getting used to, especially if you are accustomed to other tools like Google Docs, the investment in learning will pay off in terms of productivity and organization. I work with many clients and keep juggling from one project to another. I have to use QuickBooks and Keeper for jotting down notes about the cases I encounter. With Notion, I can create different segments and specifically organize the details pertaining to each client. I don't really have to stress about remembering the details of each client separately since I can just organize the details concerning a particular client. All in all, I get to see an overview of everything I handle in Notion, and I can really get into the details, such as the details of my work on a particular day. In Notion, I see what tasks are coming up, along with their deadlines.
