Though it is good for the analytics part, it needs to be made less complex for users
The problems we faced with Adobe Campaigns in my company stemmed from the fact that it was very complex software. In my company, it did not allow us to expose APIs to do the stuff we require in our company. The aforementioned area can be considered for improvement in the product.

Easy to use and integrates well with emails, WhatsApp, and SMS gateways
The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the campaign feature. The solution's campaign feature allows you to collate a group of customers and the frequency of email notifications sent to them. You can put an advertising budget for a series of customers, whereby high net-worth individuals will be marketed for high-end products. Low-end customers will be in a different campaign. So, we run campaigns on different sectors of customers. One of the solution's good features is integration because it directly integrates with Microsoft tools. Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams are built into it. The solution gives a varied network of text and email gateways, which are already integrated and come with the package.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Analytics was a good part of Adobe Campaign."
"The tool helps store and manage our data. I don't need to be a pro in SQL, but I can still run queries and get the exact data I want. Some workflows help me get data from any table and send it to any platform without expert SQL knowledge. I can still export complicated data anywhere."
"It is a stable solution."
"Integration with other Microsoft tools is a good feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM."
"The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is its ease of use."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM brings the most value in terms of its ease of implementation."
"The initial setup is very easy."
"It integrates well with other Microsoft products."
"The stability is excellent."
"The solution is easy to use and stable. It offers a 360-degree view of your customers. It allows you to track interactions, giving you full visibility into customer habits and behavior"
"The most valuable feature is the reporting tab."

Cons

"Adobe Campaign needs to improve the UI because it is a bit old. Sometimes, the platform is a bit slow."
"The dashboard is perfect. The UI could be more user-friendly because the buttons are pretty small. Only someone who knows where to find them will easily locate them. New users might have difficulty finding options. Since I've been working with it for a while, I don't have that problem."
"The problems we faced with Adobe Campaigns in my company stemmed from the fact that it was very complex software."
"This CRM system needs to be more configurable. Its performance still needs improvement, because its screens hang while querying data. It's also not highly scalable, so scalability also needs improvement."
"It could be less complicated for smaller organizations."
"There is room for improvement in handling nonlinear sales processes and complex quoting."
"I have contacted support. They are able to help but not in the right amount of time. I have had a horrible experience."
"This solution would be easier to use if everything was displayed on one page, to avoid moving from one tab to another tab to add documents or add comments."
"Sometimes Microsoft's support can be difficult to contact, and it can take a while to get a response to a ticket."
"The main issue with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is that its GUI isn't very attractive. Overall, the solution has the same functionalities as other CRMs such as Salesforce, but Salesforce is much simpler to use. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is complicated to use, and this is another area for improvement. It was also more difficult to set up the solution, so its setup could still be improved. What I'd like to see in the next version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a cleaner user interface because currently, it looks messy to me. Salesforce CRM has a better, more simplified user interface that makes it easier for you to get what you need, while in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you have to put in a lot of effort to get things done."
"The mobile side of the product doesn't look that great right now."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The solution is cheaper than Salesforce. It is useful for small banks that want to trigger emails."
"It will be a bit expensive because it is an Adobe product."
"Licensing fees are paid on a monthly basis."
"I rate the solution's pricing as a seven out of ten."
"For the price of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you receive a lot of comprehensive functionality. Additionally, it integrates very well. We pay approximately $100 a month to use the solution and we do not have any additional costs."
"We have to buy a separate license in order to implement the social listening feature."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an expensive solution."
"The solution is not expensive."
"Pricing for this software could be cheaper."
"It's kind of pricey. It's about $50 or $60 per user."
