The interface is easy to use and gives you a solid overview
The cloud-based deployment was straightforward, but the on-prem deployment was in a highly complex ecosystem. Omada has matured since then. I wouldn't say that it isn't straightforward, but it depends on the customer. A standard deployment is relatively easy, but it can be more painful if you need a lot of customization. We deployed the cloud solution in around four months, nearly meeting the 12-week benchmark. The on-prem deployment took three years. It was a highly complex ecosystem that was dependent on other systems. Depending on the size of your environment, you need a product owner and some specialists for maintenance. My last customer was a university with a complex environment. They had around 12 people involved in maintenance at that organization. Typically, it's between 2-5 people.

Offers Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and supports single sign-on (SSO) across multiple applications but dependency on Identity Connectors for seamless federation can be cumbersome
CyberArk Identity could improve by allowing federation directly or seamlessly, without the need for an Identity Connector. Instead of building separate Azure Connectors, if they could just federate, that would be nice. However, for this kind of feature to work, the customer's environment would need specific configurations. Basically, they could improve the federation capabilities to handle multiple domains separately, instead of just one. Right now, if you're working with one domain, it's okay. But for multiple domains, it becomes a bit complicated. In the on-premises version, you can curate more than one domain seamlessly. However, the SaaS version of CyberArk Identity requires more configuration. Moreover, CyberArk Identity is relatively new. They haven't been in the market for more than two or three years. They're still under development and not yet a fully-fledged product. They're constantly adding features, but they haven't yet achieved complete account management capabilities for all types of accounts, which is likely due to their competition. So, while they are actively promoting it, not many customers are using CyberArk Identity yet.

Streamlined compliance process with custom control framework and AI-driven security questionnaire management
Vanta has made the security questionnaire process much easier, thanks to AI. It automatically extracts answers and populates them within the SIG. The custom control framework allows me to incorporate our HITRUST controls and additional ISO twenty-seven thousand and one and financial controls. Moreover, it includes a knowledge bank for questionnaires and RFPs, making information updates more streamlined.
