A versatile and scalable CRM solution that streamlines business processes with its user-friendly interface and seamless integration with Microsoft platforms
The support they provide is quite commendable. When I was exploring various features of Office 365, being relatively new to it, I encountered a few challenges. Upon raising a support ticket on the Microsoft platform, I not only received prompt emails but also phone calls and engaging sessions. The Microsoft support engineers proved to be very helpful, and I appreciated their structured escalation metrics. Starting with basic assistance, they escalate the ticket to senior technicians if needed, ensuring comprehensive problem resolution. Another notable aspect is the abundance of Microsoft support resources, including videos, articles, and documentation, providing ample guidance for users. The support system offers a wealth of information, making it a valuable resource for problem-solving. I would rate it nine out of ten.

Excellent user experience with ease of use and reliable technical support
When SAP CRM does the maintenance, it can take a long time, which can impact business continuity because we have to wait for the maintenance team to finish their work. Maybe if SAP could establish how you can access the tool using a cloud-based environment that would be virtualization, that would be better.

"It allows effective management of the follow-ups of leads and potential opportunities."
"Dynamics 365 Sales has a sales feature that is easy to use. It is easy to understand and use."
"Dynamics 365 Sales offers robust integration capabilities with third-party tools, complemented by our in-house developed applications. We've tailored our pricing within Dynamics 365 to suit our specific needs, collaborating closely with our teams for its development. Leveraging Azure and Microsoft Office 365 integration, Dynamics 365 becomes even more powerful."
"Dynamics 365 Sales facilitates remote access, allowing sales teams to work efficiently from mobile devices."
"The most valuable features of Dynamics 365 Sales for us are the standard functional power platform applications for business processes."
"The tool is on the same screen as Microsoft and Windows, which makes it easier for end users to learn. Its features are good, and the solution's integration is without challenges."
"The product integrates with third-party tools easily."
"The most valuable feature is real-time data. You don't have to go to the finance team for information. On one screen, you can see if stock is available and check the customer's outstanding balance, and then you can process the order. SAP CRM's integration with other applications is easier."
"Compared to other systems, SAP CRM has been reliable, stable, and cost-effective for us."
"Getting the right information at the right time across different programs is important. These programs lack interaction between them. IPA is a good option to bring them together."
"The stability is good."
"The solution's contract management and product hierarchy features of SAP CRM are the most beneficial for our business operations."
"I have found the sales reporting feature specifically useful as it provides reporting and visualization which helps in decision-making. I use this to understand where to improve, which in-turn, helps generate sales."
"What I found most valuable in SAP CRM is its multitenancy, and you can use it from your website, SMS, and even social media, and it's all integrated, so my company is trying to leverage on all of those."

Cons

"However, having more dashboards and customizable templates, specifically tailored for sales in Dynamics 365, would enhance its usability even further. Being able to create custom dashboards would be particularly beneficial."
"The solution’s stability could be improved."
"The solution needs an improved connection to AI."
"The pricing must be improved."
"I have not noticed anything that I would recommend for improvement so far."

"I found it significantly complex and not user-friendly."
"The product's pricing needs improvement."
"The product is very expensive."
"The integration of SAP CRM with the SAP platform is relatively easier as compared to any other third-party product. If you go for any other third-party product, you will have a lot of challenges in terms of integration."
"SAP CRM could improve by being easier to use and customer-friendly."
"The implementation and integrations could be better. After we went into the production environment, we had some issues. Most of them were with the ERP integration. Many other issues were around the client's integrations between the ERP and CRM platforms. It could be more user-friendly. It wasn't very user-friendly initially, but now it's easier for them to use. Now, the users can use that platform better than at the beginning. We would like to see reports with more analytic features and artificial intelligence in the next release. For example, show more metrics and KPIs and more dynamic dashboards. Because the platform has some models, but it's not easy to use. It's a little complex."
"There is no scope for integration because SAP does not allow any personal integration."
"When features do get added, we would like the product to notify us in a timely way."
"I think what needs to be improved is the solution for Brazil's organization."
"The solution is expensive."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Dynamics 365 Sales' pricing is in the middle. It's not expensive like SAP and Oracle."
"The pricing is challenging, which is particularly relevant for countries like Pakistan and others with limited budgets."
"The cost of the solution is very similar to that of other solutions like Salesforce CRM."

"SAP CRM is not suitable for smaller businesses because it is expensive. The larger businesses would be able to handle the cost."
"Every user needs to have a license."
"They should reduce the price to target small businesses."
"From the maintenance perspective, SAP CRM is quite expensive compared to cloud services because the current solution they're using is managed by us and we are hosting it on servers. There is the cost of hosting, and managing servers and applications. The overhead is substantial, but this solution is a legacy system. It will take some time for the customer to migrate out of it."
"The pricing from SAP is good but it takes time to realize the investment."
"There is a license required to use SAP CRM."
"SAP CRM costs approximately a couple of thousand a month."
"We pay for the license yearly."
