Offers, email automation, pre-scheduling, greatly enhances our efficiency and provides the granularity we need for in-depth analysis
The user interface could be made less complicated to enhance the end-user experience. It will create a difference. Another thing is integrations. I don't think all the integrations are covered. So, if there were more integrations it would help. However, a reduction in pricing could make it more competitive and justify its ROI better.

Used for customer segmentation and campaign management but have slow email response
Deployment is not complex and takes six to eight weeks. You need to understand what exactly it entails. The customer is the client, the business that will use and benefit from the software. We need to understand their business processes, particularly how they want to build the customer profile. Once we understand that, we may need to integrate with various source systems where interactions occur. For example, a customer may purchase many products through Amazon, and the client may want to integrate data from these Amazon transactions to understand the customer's buying patterns. This is a typical e-commerce scenario, not limited to Amazon. So, you connect to a third-party system to extract data and capture it in the Marketing Cloud. You create a customer profile to analyze behavior, such as if a person buys expensive items when they get their salary or during promotional periods. Based on this profiling, you can push targeted marketing campaigns to customers, such as promotions during a long weekend or Easter holiday. Understanding the customer profile is crucial for effective marketing.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Their blog platform and form capabilities are very easy to use and integrate within our web site."
"Marketing Hub does an incredible job of tracking and updating client records. The reporting has been enhanced, so you can do just about any type of reporting with it and export to Excel if necessary. They just came out with a considerable upgrade a few months ago, which really helped on the reporting side."
"HubSpot Marketing Hub should definitely be on your shortlist."
"As a CRM tool, it looks good."
"Technical support is helpful and responsive."
"Customer support is helpful and responsive."
"I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for various tasks. It's easy to use and adaptable. After a little training, anyone can handle it efficiently. We use it for drip campaigns, social media, and marketing automation. We're not fully using marketing automation yet for smart content. I like the drag-and-drop feature for editing images and content in email templates. I don't need a developer to create designs. I can quickly test how emails look on different devices.4"
"HubSpot Marketing Hub is efficient and offers visibility. It also helps to track leads. I like the tool's Gmail functionality."
"Segmentation and campaigning are very important features."

Cons

"There are some issues with HubSpot Marketing Hub with receiving notifications. It was too difficult to understand, and it requires a lot of effort. Configuration could be simplified."
"The search and questions aren't as intuitive as I would expect from a platform like this."
"They should increase the ease of actually creating the contacts and the workflows and enhance that aspect."
"One thing I'd like to see added is better link tracking. I want to see traffic coming to links I embed in my emails, whether from social media, email, or ads. This would help me understand how many visitors come to my website from different channels."
"API capabilities (including the performance) are minimal and the email workflow capabilities are too rigid, which results in very complicated workflow management."
"The upcoming tasks feature could be better. With HubSpot, whenever I put the contact information into Microsoft Office or Microsoft Outlook, it automatically inputs it into HubSpot. For example, it keeps telling me to contact my Solaris representative as an upcoming task. I've tried changing the contact in it to "not a lead," but it keeps sending me that notification."
"The tool should improve email marketing solution. It is behind its competitors for bulk campaigns."
"In terms of drawbacks, I've found that it lacks in-depth analytics and reporting features."
"Email response could be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"We are on an annual license for this solution. There have many different versions to meet the needs of their customers, such as professional enterprise and basic versions. They charge for the particular feature or components which are available in the license you have."
"Regarding pricing and licensing, I haven't directly handled it, but I assume Zoho might be cheaper. However, I would still prefer HubSpot due to its cleaner and more user-friendly interface."
"HubSpot Marketing Hub provided me with the startup package with 90% off, but it's still hundreds of dollars a month instead of thousands of dollars a month. There is an additional cost for training and onboarding which is hundreds of dollars. It is expensive and should be reduced."
"The licensing costs are around $4,800 per month. Initially, there's an onboarding fee of around $10,000 or $5,000, but after that, it's just the licensing fee."
"I believe an individual license costs $50 per month."
"At present, the pricing seems reasonable, but with our plans to scale, I anticipate that it could become a bit steep."
"HubSpot Marketing Hub is less expensive than one of its competitors."
"The solution is cheaper than its competitors."
