With 18 companies to manage, manual handling would be impractical. HubSpot's automation facilitates pre-scheduling, greatly enhancing our efficiency.

The biggest reason why I like this solution is the fact that it has so much functionality. It's all contained in one product, so you don't have to use multiple products.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for various tasks. It's easy to use and adaptable. After a little training, anyone can handle it efficiently. We use it for drip campaigns, social media, and marketing automation. We're not fully using marketing automation yet for smart content. I like the drag-and-drop feature for editing images and content in email templates. I don't need a developer to create designs. I can quickly test how emails look on different devices.4

The most valuable aspect for us is email marketing because it provides us with a powerful tool and allows us to create email workflows for follow-ups, which is crucial for building relationships with potential customers.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has positively impacted our organization by getting our message out there, having the designs look nice, and also just increasing our brand awareness.

If we are having any difficulties, I can easily reach out to support executives and have a resolution. I am not sure if we paid for the technical support.

The user interface could be made less complicated to enhance the end-user experience. It will create a difference.

Years ago, these tools used to allow you to see the exact location of people that were clicking on things. I guess they quit doing it for privacy reasons, but that was very helpful information and I miss seeing it in those reports. I thought that this tool could do it when we left Act-On to go to HubSpot, but when we moved over they stopped doing it.

The tool could concentrate on improving the analytics and the overall user experience with AI.

It would be ideal if there was a way to forward a notification or create notifications for non-HubSpot users.

I've had some issues with granting access to third-parties to our data in a way that's still GDPR compliant. It would be better if it had a better way of creating user profiles where I can easily see who has data access to what and why.

One thing I'd like to see added is better link tracking. I want to see traffic coming to links I embed in my emails, whether from social media, email, or ads. This would help me understand how many visitors come to my website from different channels.

My experience with customer support has not been the greatest. Often, the support team provides generic answers that are not very helpful and can be found online.

HubSpot is mainly for enterprise clients and there is a lot of competition. There are better solutions, such as Eloqua and Marketo. This solution needs to improve the analytics for social media monitoring to a level that it can compete with other solutions available in the market. There are some limitations with the features compared to other solutions.

While HubSpot Marketing Hub has shown increased functionality, there is still room for improvement, particularly in workflows.
