Improves productivity and allows team collaboration in organizations
Previously, my company did not use a unified communication tool. For unified communication, my company started to use Microsoft 365 Business. My company used to use technology like Slack for team collaboration. My company used to use local products to manage emails. My company had a totally different license for Office 365. Microsoft 365 Business was chosen by our company as a solution to combine everything. My company does not use a similar technology, like Microsoft 365 Business. In general, my company improved by moving away from disintegrated technologies, and now we are able to integrate different technologies using Microsoft 365 Business.

Pros

"Honestly, I have to say all features together have become the Swiss army knife of desktop management. They all work hand in hand. Software deployment saves an unbelievable amount of time installing an application on hundreds of computers."
"The stability is very good."
"Since deploying Desktop Central our endpoints are all updated. We use configuration management to deploy shortcuts to our users' desktops with ease. Also, we use configuration management to map logical hard drives to our users. Our users are very happy with how much ease IT can solve their problems."
"The setup is pretty simple."
"Well, what we like is that it catch actually a lot of features constantly upgrading. So all the three maybe there there were some features as the tenant on the earliest version. Now it's it's almost everything that we we need. So managing security ManageEngine configuration. It's we are very satisfied because it has the Telstra that's what we we need."
"One of the benefits of Desktop Central is it made the provisioning process simpler because now we have a provisioning package. We have around 1,500 laptops at the moment and all these PCs were provisioned by a provisioning package. In the provisioning package, we have integrated every aspect of renaming, deploying applications, patching, etc., so we simply execute the provisioning package and as soon as it's executed, it will install the management agent. Once the agent is installed, it will take care of all the tasks, so we don't have to sit in front of the computer to prepare the machine. This really helps us to provision the PC quickly with our agent."
"The dashboard has been very useful."
"The most important feature we found to be useful in the COVID situation is the secure connection, which gives the IT support staff the ability to seamlessly connect with the users remotely and in a secure way."
"The stability of the product is excellent."
"The most valuable feature is Microsoft Teams."
"Both stability and performance are valuable features. The user experience is pretty good on all this."
"The best feature of the solution is its flexibility."
"The performance is good."
"This is a user-friendly product that is easy to use."
"Microsoft 365 Business is easy to use, everything is clear, it has good support, and it integrates well with other solutions."
"It's available online as well as via desktop applications when deployed in the cloud."

Cons

"It might be helpful if they offered a simpler way to use the OS deployment function. It's a bit complicated for most of the customers."
"Improvement should be done as per customer requirements."
"Even when it shows Java as up-to-date, it might not be. So, to make it better, they should improve the accuracy of Java patch reporting."
"The pricing is lower than other well-respected solutions in this category."
"The solution isn't fully stable, and, when it goes down, it's hard to get it up and running."
"The support could be faster."
"We would like to see options for deploying Microsoft 365 accounts into Outlook. For now we only can use it to deploy exchange accounts. Also we would like to see an option do decline Windows 7 ESU patches in a bulk."
"ManageEngine could be improved by giving customers an option to perform certain actions proactively. Since I was a consultant, I worked on different products and some had advantages over ManageEngine. For example, proactive remediation—you want to proactively check something on the computers and run the script. In ManageEngine, you have the option to run the script, but Intune has the option to do so proactively. ManageEngine doesn't have this. You should have the option to act proactively, not just going ahead and fixing it once it's done. Proactive remediation should be a feature."
"The solution's licensing framework needs improvement."
"Microsoft Teams for Mac isn't quite good enough yet."
"There are various things that you need to use PowerShell to do. That would be good. You could do them through the management portal, rather than through PowerShell. That's the biggest improvement I would like to see."
"The Teams feature doesn't allow for sharing location which Office 365 had."
"The Microsoft 365 Business suite could improve by adding additional template-type tools. For example, if you specifically are creating a fillable form, there are times where I did not find the right type of template that I was looking for."
"More integration with Cortana would be helpful."
"Microsoft 365 Business needs to improve its price."
"The security sites need to be simplified and the technical support needs improvement."
