Allows for seamless integration and sharing of common features
The initial setup is straightforward. There are limited access. If you choose not to use scripts, you can still configure the majority of the settings on the platform. The technical aspect of implementing changes is governed by change management processes. Even simple features require careful consideration of communication, documentation, and governance. Despite the setup being relatively straightforward and typically taking one to two weeks to complete once the desired outcome is identified, the implementation phase can often extend for a month or two due to various factors. I rate the initial setup a nine out of ten, where one is difficult, and ten is easy.

Great UI and out-of-the-box integrations, but needs expanded cloud platform support
Given the rapid pace of innovation we’ve already seen from Unqork, there are a few major capability gaps we face currently. However, some areas of improvement and features we would benefit from in upcoming releases include: 1. Enhanced accessibility compliance - While meeting baseline standards, further WCAG conformance and widgets optimized for screen readers could expand access for disabled users of Unqork solutions. Added compliance certifications would also be welcomed. 2. Expanded cloud platform support - The addition of Azure and Google Cloud alongside AWS would allow our deployment options to better align with enterprise strategic cloud choices outside just Amazon. 3. More analytics and observability - Increased telemetry on app performance, component reuse rates, load testing etc. would help fine-tune Unqork solutions. More data and dashboard visibility into adoption would optimize our ROI. 4. Managing technical debt - As portfolios of Unqork apps grow over time, best practices and features to facilitate updating legacy components, refactoring old solutions, and preventing erosion will be helpful. Added controls to manage technical debt long-term. 5. Evolution of existing components - Existing rich widgets and connectors rounding out maturity with incremental capabilities would expand Unqork's versatility. Expanding the range of use cases served by current components. 6. Offline functionality - For mobile solutions, some limited persistent caching and offline usability during intermittent connectivity would better support field agents/inspectors. Tolerating offline states is key. 7. Design version control - Advancing visual version control capabilities for better design history, branching, merging, and reverting changes to Unqork sites would improve collaboration and prevent overwrite errors by nontechnical users.

Pros

"We work on it directly to send out tickets. It enables us to work seamlessly, we don't need to send them out manually. We can create a ticket and assign it in the system."
"The most valuable features are the ease of use, stability, and the ability to change or upgrade seamlessly."
"ServiceNow Now Platform is very powerful in terms of data management."
"The primary feature we find valuable is data management."
"ServiceNow provides immense options for customization and scalability, allowing users to build and modify the platform according to their needs."
"Now Platform's best features are collaboration, configurability, and customizability."

"The features of Unqork that I find most valuable include its performance and security."
"Unqork is stable."
"Unqork is a great choice over other BPMS tools like Pega."

Cons

"If AI were better integrated into ServiceNow, it would lower the RPA costs and make the platform more accessible."
"What I didn't like in the ServiceNow Now Platform is testing, particularly with Visual Studio. It had a bad integration with Visual Studio because you can't compile and run it from there. You have to debug on your own and then find out where the error is through test scripts. The testing component in the ServiceNow Now Platform isn't that great. What I'd like to see in the next version of the ServiceNow Now Platform is an improvement in testing and writing scripts, and if there was a feature to just run it from the modules, then that would be great, instead of finding the error manually and checking where it is."
"We would like to see AI used to automate some of the functionality in this solution."
"The user experience could be improved. The current design of forms lacks intuitiveness, as there seems to be only one form available for all types of operations."
"From an improvement perspective, the product's complicated initial setup phase can be made a bit easier."
"It is still difficult to build a set of services in ServiceNow. It can be done, but it is one of the more difficult things to do. If we're talking about scalability, we're talking about the ability to actually build that set of services a little easier."
"The UI and mobile UI need to be improved."
"I feel that the solution's user interface is an area with certain shortcomings, where improvements are required."
"Unqork is pretty expensive compared to other tools like UiPath. The certification costs around $2000, which is ten times the price of UiPath."
"The loading speed is very slow. Page responses are also unsatisfactory; when margins are added and components are shifted left or right, they do not respond properly, causing overflowing issues on the website."
"The area that needs improvement in Unqork is its performance."
"The addition of Azure and Google Cloud alongside AWS would allow our deployment options to better align with enterprise strategic cloud choices outside just Amazon."
"The area that needs improvement in Unqork is its performance."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"ServiceNow is not open source, so there is a license you must pay. As for how much it costs, what I have observed is that it often depends on your subscriptions."
"In my opinion, it is expensive. However, they do offer favorable licensing for charities, for example."
"Price-wise, I would describe the product's cost to be more than the average, but it compensates for that with the functionalities that it provides."
"The pricing of this solution is done annually and it is very expensive."
"I would rate the pricing an eight out of ten, with ten being very expensive solution."
"It is expensive only."
"Pricing is based on the number of users and user licenses, but the product is 20% to 30% more than the competition."
"People seem to be buying the tool a lot. I think its licensing is okay."
