We use this solution in our organization for Office and email.

It's fast.

It's in the Cloud, we don't have to manage it on-premises.

It's very good, easier for us, and for our company also.

Other than the price, I have not had any issues with this solution.

I have been using the latest version of Microsoft 365 Business for a year and a half.

It's a stable product. I haven't experienced any issues.

It's scalable. We have 5,200 users in our organization.

I have not contacted technical support. We haven't needed to.

Before Microsft 365 Business, we used Office 365.

I was not a part of the installation.

As a customer, I would like the licensing fees should be cheaper.

We have plans to continue using this solution.

We are selling this product in another department, and I would recommend it to others who are interested in using it.

I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.

We use the solution for email, to make a document or a spreadsheet, these type of usages.

I have been using Microsoft Office for a long time since I was young. This solution is very similar and is easy to use, and the interface is adequate.

In the next release of this solution, there is a need to improve the integration with other platforms.

The installation was straightforward.

I have heard the solution is a little expensive and there is a licence needed.
