The most valuable feature of this solution, in my opinion, is its simplicity. It is a standard file format that is simple to deploy and exchange files with other users.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for a year. It's fairly new.
We are using the latest version.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We have 80 people in our organization who use this solution.
How are customer service and support?
I personally have not contacted technical support. The backend team may have reached out to the support team.
How was the initial setup?
As a cloud-based solution, the installation process is quite straightforward.
Similar to the OS, you can spend a couple of days doing the front end, and for each machine, it takes a few hours.
What about the implementation team?
We have a backend team to deploy and maintain this solution.

Pricing is something they could improve in general.
Licensing fees are paid annually.

The monthly license of the solution is quite expensive.
The user experience part in the app could be better.
Sometimes I don't understand the relation between OneDrive and SharePoint that well. It's difficult.
The user interface could also stand improvement.
