Stable and easy to use but could offer better technical support
Pros and Cons
  • "It's simple and easy to use."
  • "Technical support could be better."

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use the solution in our company for various organizational purposes.

I also use it personally, at home.

What is most valuable?

Overall, the solution is quite good. It's simple and easy to use. Anyone would be able to navigate through it easily.

The product is quite stable.

What needs improvement?

Technical support could be better. They aren't as helpful as they could be when we sometimes have to call them.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using the solution for maybe five years or so at this point. It's been a while.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability of the solution is quite good. I can't recall dealing with bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. The performance is reliable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution can scale. We do plan to increase useage.

How are customer service and technical support?

Right now, technical support is about average. They could be better. We'd like them to be more helpful and responsive when we have issues.

I personally haven't had any issues when directly dealing with technical support, however, I have heard stories from colleagues.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before we chose this solution, we did not look at any other options.

What other advice do I have?

We're just a customer and an end-user. We don't have a business relationship with Microsoft.

I'd rate the solution at a seven out of ten. It's okay, and we are mostly happy with it, however, technical support could be better.

Easy to use with good stability and a straightforward setup
Pros and Cons
  • "The solution is quite stable. The performance is very good."
  • "The pricing of the solution is quite high and the licensing is expensive. It could be cheaper."

What is our primary use case?

I primarily use the solution for sharing and receiving emails. I don't use all of the aspects of the product.

What is most valuable?

There are many aspects to the product, however, I use the email server, and use it as a tool for sending and receiving mail. It works great for that.

It's very easy to use. It's very easy to navigate around everything.

The solution is quite stable. The performance is very good.

The installation is pretty straightforward overall. It's not hard to set everything up.

What needs improvement?

The pricing of the solution is quite high and the licensing is expensive. It could be cheaper.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've used the solution maybe for a year and a little bit. It hasn't been for that long. The product is still new to me.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is quite stable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's pretty reliable in terms of performance.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I can't speak to the scalability. I've never really tried to scale it. Currently, as it is, it is meeting my needs.

We have 1,500 users on the solution currently in our organization.

We do have plans to continue to use it.

How are customer service and technical support?

I've never been in touch with technical support. That said, it is my understanding that they are good. We are satisfied with the level of support we receive.

How was the initial setup?

The installation process is quite easy. It's not overly complex or difficult. A company should have any trouble with the implementation process.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The licensing is expensive. It's something that they should actively work to lower to make it more affordable to their user base. It would be nice if it was a bit less.

What other advice do I have?

As a user, I would rate the product at a seven out of ten. I've been quite happy with its capabilities, even though I only use certain aspects of it.

I'd recommend the solution to other companies. It's very easy to use.

Good ability to handle large files, a lot of online information, and useful Teams application for conferencing and messaging
Pros and Cons
  • "The most important feature of Microsoft 360 Business is Teams. We use it for our conference calls and messaging. Microsoft Teams reduces the number of emails that I have to send or receive. Microsoft 365 Business has been incredibly useful during this period because of the integration of Teams with Outlook and the ability to store and handle files of large dimensions."
  • "There are some security issues with the platform, and its security should be improved. We have to re-enter the username and password sometimes, which is quite boring for us. The usability of Outlook can be improved. Currently, it is a little bit limited and old-fashioned. They should think about the concept of dealing with emails in Teams. Teams and Outlook together will make it a complete platform. The Teams application is not user-friendly on mobile phones and should be improved."
