I had recently dealt with something that was frustrating in NinjaOne, but I don't remember what it was. I would love it if I could deploy automation processes for locations because, currently, at my workplace, we can't deploy automation processes for locations. In NinjaOne, there is a need to create groups. I already have 12 or 14 locations, where sometimes I just want to deploy some updates, software, or something for specific locations, but I can't do so since I have to go and create a group for that location, which is a lot more work, which I don't like. I would love it if the aforementioned area is considered for improvement. The ticketing system in NinjaOne is not the best. I think NinjaOne has been working on its ticketing system. I have seen how there has been a huge improvement in the tool recently, but it is still not as good as the ticket systems in the market. At my workplace, we don't use ticketing systems. I am waiting for NinjaOne to improve its ticketing system so that I can use it. There is a lot of room for growth and adding more features in NinjaOne. I love how NinjaOne gives its users the possibility to create a custom field, allowing them to create whatever they want. I haven't used NinjaOne a lot, so I don't have anything in mind as to what extra features it needs to have. If I just sit down and look at NinjaOne, I will get a list of things I would love to have in it.

NinjaOne didn't have a lot of issues, but a few things. Like, I used and I experienced that there was a lot of delay with NinjaOne's ticketing system. For example, when a user creates a ticket and raises an issue, it would take 30 to 40 minutes to appear on the IT side. So the time delay issue is the main point. The first one is the delay issue. The second thing is that there is no reporting system. As an IT person, there is no exact reporting system that we can generate ourselves. This feature should be free because now I use Sensu and I can generate all my reports: what I am doing, what I understand, how many things I resolved, and how many tickets I resolved. Multiple times I contacted Ninja support, and I discussed multiple things, like the delay.

When we deployed the solution, all that we did was dictate an organization inside NinjaOne, download a file, and then point out which organization the file should fall under. If it's for a client, we do that stuff and our client is the one who installs it. When we send over the MSI file, it's super easy to install. I'd say, for example, three to four clicks and you have the file. Some of our clients don't know how to navigate the solution, though, so we're willing to do it remotely for them. If I'm trying to deploy the solution for 20 users, that would only take about 10 to 15 minutes. I think two people are more than enough for deployment. Most of the maintenance is Windows cleanup and maintenance. All you need to do is schedule the maintenance for whenever you want to update or clean it up.
