Consistent scheduling has amplified our global branding and simplified weekly content sharing
HootSuite does a good job at what it does, and I didn't have any issues with it. If I had to think about one thing that could make my experience even better, the interface on the iOS version could be a bit smoother and things could be more visible, but other than that, it works fine.

Filter news items by quality and trustworthiness of source, but customer support needs improvement
I'm sure it's great to use on their own site, but it's just not how we are using it. In the sales cycle, they were very helpful, and in the beginning, their reps were still very helpful. In fact, they still are today but we keep getting switched between customer reps which is confusing.
