A cloud solution for employee management with strong AI to understand employee feeling
When we first implemented inFeedo, the AI engine was not as strong, but with time, they have made it very strong and are rolling out many other features. There are specific parameters and metrics that inFeedo can add to dashboards and scorecards. The platform should be more flexible and meet the needs of all organizations. The improvement of inFeedo depends on the specific requirements of the organization and how the organization is structured. Even for new use cases, inFeedo will not take a lot of time to make changes to the environment quickly and easily.

Has improved HR process efficiency through intuitive workflows and responsive support
There is something that could be improved in Workday, specifically in the time tracking module. While I am not working on Workday now, I was a regional HRIS working for Egypt, Malta, India, and China. I mention these countries to relate to high population countries and companies. In our company, we use assigned work schedules for our teams. Because we work with the time tracking module, we need to assign shifts. In the manufacturing industry, we might need to change shifts every day or week. Manufacturing teams are huge, approximately 50 to 200 people in one team. If this team has one leader, the leader needs to assign a work schedule for each person individually. While there is mass upload functionality where we can load shifts for all people or specific groups, we need to select multiple people and assign them to a schedule from the interface itself. I have requested this functionality many times. When extracting business processes awaiting actions report, I can select different processes in one box, hit okay, and the report comes up. However, the same functionality does not work for work schedule assigning. If implemented, it would help many people in companies with high populations and big teams.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Checking new hires is one of the most impactful features of inFeedo."
"It is quite user-friendly, and we can store all the employee data information on it."
"I found the analysis features to be very useful for our company. I also found the modules installed to be aligned with our company's KPIs. These were the two features that stood out."
"We have fewer systems, less manual data entry, and less processing."
"It is easy to use and straightforward."
"The most valuable features of the solution are the usability, learning, and compliance tools."
"The most helpful Workday features for our HR processes were in HCM, particularly in areas like talent, compensation, benefits, and learning."
"Workday is a secure product."
"The most valuable feature of Workday is the ease of use which is overall user-friendly."

Cons

"The platform should be more flexible and meet the needs of all organizations."
"Payroll integration is terrible. It has a lot of limitations."
"There are other enhancements that go untended that have been languishing for years."
"They do a great job of selling the tool, but for support, you are kind of on your own."
"The solution should be more user-friendly."
"Reporting systems should be improved. If you want to report it on paper, if you want something more BI oriented, more high level predictive or more data-driven, it should be improved."
"The security console should be made less complex."
"The user interface could be better. Everything else was fine."
"We would like to see improvement in the mobile app variant of this solution. The time sheet entry and approval, and the geo-tagging features all need to have their functionality updated, in order to be comparable with other products on the market."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"By and large, Workday is expensive. It is based on the headcount. I'd probably rate it a three or four out of five in terms of pricing. It'd be like buying a Mercedes or a high-end car. It's expensive, but there's a specific value that you're getting with additional features and things of that nature. Using that metaphor, Workday probably tends to be more of a luxury. There are others like ADP that can do your payroll, your time off, and other things, but they don't do it as well."
"The pricing for this solution is fairly high. It is not affordable for small and mid-sized companies."
"The pricing is good from an HR perspective, although management gets upset after spending $500,000 a year, every year."
"I would rate the solution’s pricing a six out of ten."
"It has an annual subscription rate, but I'm not sure how it will work."
"Workday is moderately priced - I'd rate its pricing three out of five."
"I rate the product’s pricing a ten out of ten."
"Its price is pretty high. It is more expensive than what is offered by other competitors in the market."
