A streamlined and customizable ERP solution with a user-friendly interface, modular flexibility, cost-effective licensing, and a comprehensive suite of integrated business applications
Our country, Pakistan, seems to have limited support compared to other regions. Currently, the regional office is in Dubai, and I believe it would be beneficial to establish a regional office in Pakistan to enhance support and accessibility for users in our country. There is room for improvement in their mobile app. While it is generally user-friendly, it frequently encounters glitches and issues and I suggest that the mobile application be enhanced in future updates to make it more interactive and reliable.

Diverse integrations assist in seamlessly aligning marketing efforts with sales tracking
Zoho CRM is flexible due to its integrations, like with Zoho Campaign, helping integrate marketing efforts with CRM processes. It offers a no-cost entry with the ability for three users to use it at no charge, which is beneficial for startups to explore the platform without financial strain. This enables me to start using the platform, handle opportunities, and get a feel before committing financially.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Odoo is highly scalable."
"The versatility of Odoo is one of its most valuable features for business productivity. It offers modules for purchase, inventory, manufacturing, sales, help desk, timesheets, point of sale, email marketing, and more, which can greatly benefit businesses."
"Odoo is flexible and serves us quite well. Its interface has improved."
"Odoo is a cost-effective tool for performing core ERP functions, such as inventory management. It's also good for manufacturing use cases."
"With Odoo, being open source is advantageous because we have access to the source code for whatever we develop. This gives us the flexibility to make additions, deletions, or modifications according to our needs without any restrictions. There are no predefined formats that limit our customization options."
"It's convenient that we have an all-in-one holistic solution."
"It is a stable platform."
"The solution is easy to use."
"The login and logout times of each employee of our company are recorded by Zoho CRM for productivity calculations"
"The most valuable features include the dashboards, deal tracking, email tracking, notes, managing notes and the ability to manage databases in one place."
"The dashboards and visualizations help us see how different markets perform. I find the dashboard feature most valuable because it's easy to visualize data. I've been trying to use the built-in quotations feature, which could reduce turnaround time. We're not using many automation features for record management and opportunity tracking. I'm trying to integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Flow for quotation submission workflow."
"Highly configurable, enabling graphically built workflows, and the writing of customized scripts if required."
"Zoho CRM is easy to use and easy to understand."
"The initial setup is pretty fast."
"The platform has a valuable lead qualification feature."
"Zoho CRM handles the entire customer relationship management, from lead generation to workflows, reports, and lead qualification."

Cons

"Odoo has room for improvement in industry-specific features."
"They could add more features and details regarding the business details and some extra modules for business features."
"Odoo could improve its newsletters and social media campaign features, which currently feel a bit weak."
"The solution should improve its performance."
"The authorization management needs to be improved."
"The sales model is not the best, and it lacks certain features."
"I'm uncertain because each year they release a new version with improvements. However, one area that needs significant enhancement is the website, particularly the modern core website. While there's an approach similar to WordPress, it is quite basic at the moment. Besides that, particularly with the POS solutions, we identified potential security issues. This is due to the storage of information on cookies or similar sessions. In cases of Internet-related issues, there's a vulnerability where data might be compromised. The system uses temporary storage until the internet connection is restored, and then it pushes the data to the server or database. This poses a risk, especially in point-of-sale systems, where there could be vulnerabilities for data modification or alteration by unauthorized individuals."
"The user interface is not the best."
"I would like to see better integration with Zoho Creator."
"It is hard to modify information around a customer. You need to pay for the features and the tool needs to improve it."
"I would like to see more integrations and customization options in the next release."
"Adding a new contract to the solution is quite complicated."
"Zoho CRM could benefit from predictive analysis based on historical trends to forecast future performance over the next two to three years, particularly from a sales pipeline perspective."
"The MCR capabilities have some limitations."
"Zoho CRM has a rule engine or a place where you can set certain rules. That's not evolved very much. They could improve this within the platform."
"They should provide an option to customize modules."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price of the solution depends on the use case. However, it can be expensive and we are paying annually."
"The solution's licensing costs are low compared to its competitors."
"Its pricing is well-received in Latin America. They sell by the user. In October 2022, they changed the way they sell Odoo. They commercialized Odoo. They now sell by the user. The cost of a user is $13.5 five per month for Latin America, which is lower than other ERPs."
"They offer three packages – free, standard, and custom."
"There is a need to pay towards the licensing costs attached to the solution. It is not an expensive solution, especially in my country."
"Currently, we pay around 5000-6,000 USD per month, though I am not sure. We have to pay additionally for maintenance and support."
"Odoo is straightforward in terms of costs. You pay the vendor for both the software and implementation. We selected one of the twelve certified vendors for implementation in our local area, opting for the vendor named Four Zero Five."
"It's expensive, but it has lots of tools available for running the business."
"Zoho CRM is an expensive tool."
"This solution is less expensive than Salesforce."
"The price of Zoho CRM is already competitive, but we would always like to have a better discount. Most of the features are included in the price but if we want the extra features then we have to purchase them."
"The product costs $35 per user per year."
"I have no information about the pricing for Zoho CRM because the finance department handles that."
"We pay for an annual license to use this solution."
"We consider it a good value and found it to be cost-effective."
"We have an annual license fee that costs $12,000."
