I primarily use the solution for signing documents digitally. We do a lot of rental agreements, for example. 

The solution is pretty secure. It's one of the most secure options. 

You can do the signing of documents online and don't need to be there in person. 

It is easy to set up. 

It's stable. 

The solution is reasonably priced. 

Technical support is helpful. 

We use DocuSign to append electronic signatures on our internal and external documents. We also deploy DocuSign for workflow approvals processes throughout the organization. 

This has reduced the need for paper approvals and has also reduced the recurring purchase of paper rims and other printer consumables in the organization and is leading us to our paperless roadmap. 

I would recommend DocuSign anytime and any day. DocuSign can be used in various departments, including Procurement, Legal, Accounts, Operations, etc.

It reduced the physical stress of climbing long steps on the staircase to get approvals and increased the rate of completing an approval process using workflows, as even staff on vacation can easily access the system and give an approval seamlessly. 

I like the workflow. It enables us to configure the envelope and send it to multiple people for signatures. We can structure the signature. The users can sign the document in a particular order or all at the same time.

The support is not accessible sometimes to African businesses.

We primarily use the solution for electronically signing documents. It's for organizational purposes. We also use it for local purchase orders and contract signing. It's also great for approvals for time off vouchers.

It helps get documents through the approval cycle. 

I occasionally use DocuSign for vendor agreements, although I prefer to outsource such tasks since it happens very rarely.

The most valuable feature of DocuSign is its ability to save time. Before, agreements would end up with my CFO, and we would have to print them out. With DocuSign, we don't have to do that anymore. Additionally, everyone needing a copy can get it immediately, so there's no need to chase after it.

The solution is for an account management system where we have to sign off on budgets. The office will do due diligence, prepare documents, and have the project manager counter-sign documents. 

This speeds up the sign-off process. 

We use this solution for almost all of our document signatures, especially for purchase orders. I'm the IT services manager. 

This solution saves us a lot of time. It's more convenient for our staff who no longer need to deal with hard copies of documents. This product is easily accessible and is also available on mobile devices. It's very convenient and has a good interface.  

My primary use case for this solution is for signing documents relating to tenancy and mortgage.

What I have found to be the most valuable aspect of this solution is the fact that I don't have to go out and meet the other party in person. I can just take care of what I need to online.
