Microsoft Exchange Online serves as a unique platform for us. We use it to receive and send emails within our organization and to others.

The calendaring functions in Exchange are good. For example, if I want to schedule a meeting and the other person isn't available during that time, I can see their availability and diagnostics. This helps me know if they're busy or need time on their calendar. The calendar admin is awesome, not just on the desktop but also online.
I've integrated it with a network monitoring solution before. It's quite seamless. Overall, it's pretty straightforward for me to use.
