Microsoft Exchange Online serves as a unique platform for us. We use it to receive and send emails within our organization and to others. 

We use it in conjunction with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, leveraging the comprehensive capabilities of Microsoft 365.

The integration with other Microsoft products is a major reason we chose this solution. It offers a single account that links to all other Microsoft services.

For example, I don't need to create a separate email address to share something with you. I can access and retrieve information within the same platform via the same email. It just makes everything synchronized perfectly, allowing me to get most things done and ensure my clients can reach me easily.

Overall, the solution has improved our communication efficiency. 

The calendaring functions in Exchange are good. For example, if I want to schedule a meeting and the other person isn't available during that time, I can see their availability and diagnostics. This helps me know if they're busy or need time on their calendar. The calendar admin is awesome, not just on the desktop but also online.

I've integrated it with a network monitoring solution before. It's quite seamless. Overall, it's pretty straightforward for me to use.

Our enterprise system is based on Exchange. All of our system administration goes through the Exchange admin system. Most of our Outlook management and enterprise management of Microsoft Office tools goes through an Exchange Server.

I love the pinning within Outlook. I can pin things. Also, with the Exchange Server, there is a lot of capability for version controlling. There is some capability for more diverse access and meta tagging that is not available with the standalone application.

We primarily use the solution for email and calendar functionality.

It works. It does what it's supposed to do with minimal issues.

It's one of the products that Microsoft has absolutely done its very best with.

Microsoft has deployed a lot of newer features on Exchange Online that have helped improve security, email management, email trace, mail flows, and all else. This has been very helpful for us.

The best thing about Microsoft Exchange Online is that it's integrated with the Outlook application. Google also has the same solution, but Microsoft is more integrated with Outlook because the Outlook application is its own product.

You can manage mailboxes and utilize many other features based on your needs. Shared mailboxes are also available and can be used freely.

We use Microsoft Exchange Online for email, such as sending and receiving emails. Our critical people are on the cloud and our non-critical people are on the premise.
