I would like to see some SMS integration so people can send data directly from a mobile phone through SMS when there's no internet. This feature would be good because there are some places in Africa where the internet stability isn't that good. During the voting process, they send the result through SMS. If SOTI can add the functionality where some of the clients can send information offline, via SMS, then that would be a good improvement for some places where there isn't a lot of internet stability.

The graphical user interface is fantastic. I had a guy get me up and running in less than two hours, whereas there are issues with Microsoft Intune. You need an administrator proficient with Intune, and he has to create the groups. These groups trickle down to where the devices live and how they operate in terms of the QR codes and getting the APK into the system so we can manage the devices. SOTI is more accessible. The ease of access was awesome. The guys helping us out were pretty fluent in the product. I currently have two devices in a dashboard that we're testing, but the solution that they have is awesome. I like that it's a cloud-based based solution, and I think there will be some significant cost savings.

The product's initial setup phase is straightforward. If someone is deploying the agent and making sure that the device is getting enrolled to meet their concerns, then it will take 15 to 20 minutes. The configuration policies are fine. The solution is deployed on the cloud. In terms of the deployment process, I would say that my company operates as a reseller of the tool. For the customers who are seeing the solution for the first time, the installation process could be a challenge, but if you spend a couple of hours with the product, then the process can seem easy as the solution does not offer a command line interface and everything is mostly based on a graphical user interface. The person handling the installation process should have some basic knowledge about the product.
