Effective failover capabilities, efficient support, and trusted brand
I would highly recommend this solution to others. Acrobat Sign stands out among its competitors, especially with its unique features and the backing of Adobe as a company, particularly in PDF technology. Adobe is a well-known and trustworthy brand, and investing in their solution assures you that it will not become obsolete in the near future, but rather remain relevant for a long time to come. Considering the solution's features, benefits, and value it offers, many people tend to overlook the potential savings of using Acrobat Sign, such as saving two to three dollars per transaction. With Adobe Sign, a single document can be sent for approval or signing to up to twenty-four individuals, eliminating the need to physically create and collect signatures, which can be time-consuming and energy-intensive. Using an online platform like Acrobat Sign is much more efficient and can provide a significant return on investment. I rate Acrobat Sign a ten out of ten.

Provides excellent features and workflows and can be deployed quickly
I like the workflow. It enables us to configure the envelope and send it to multiple people for signatures. We can structure the signature. The users can sign the document in a particular order or all at the same time The support is not accessible sometimes to African businesses. I have been…

Streamlined collaboration through seamless integration and customization
I have been an administrator for SharePoint and have used it as an end-user for document storage. Predominantly, I've been involved in administration SharePoint helps a lot since we've moved from using it directly to using it as a backend for Teams, which makes collaboration easier. It supports…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The ability to sign digitally is very convenient."
"Adobe Sign is a reliable product with good support and a continuous improvement process in place."
"I adore using Adobe Sign since it feels intuitive and user-friendly. Its organic design makes it effortless to navigate, so even if you lack experience with Adobe software, you can quickly learn and use it accurately."
"The most valuable aspect of Adobe Sign is not a single feature, but rather a combination of features. From a broad perspective, the failover system is particularly noteworthy. In the event that Adobe Sign experiences downtime, there are backup measures in place through Amazon AWS that ensure continuity. For instance, if one region experiences an outage, another region can take over seamlessly, which is a significant advantage."
"It makes it very easy to sign documents."
"Adobe Sign is highly reliable and offers additional features such as 25-year retention filters and audit capabilities."
"I give the stability a ten out of ten."
"Regarding the most valuable feature of the solution, I would say that it is easy to use."
"Very convenient, saves dealing with hard copies of documents."
"We can structure the signature."
"You can customize how you want to use the solution."
"DocuSign is easy to use. I also like the document tracking features."
"This speeds up the sign-off process."
"The solution is stable."
"What I have found to be the most valuable aspect of this solution is the fact that I don't have to go out and meet the other party in person. I can just take care of what I need to online."
"This has reduced the need for paper approvals and has also reduced the recurring purchase of paper rims and other printer consumables in the organization and is leading us to our paperless roadmap."
"SharePoint is smooth and easy to use for editing, updating, and uploading files."
"It has good integration with other MS products."
"Tech support tops off as excellent."
"What I like about SharePoint is that they keep up with a lot of updates, and they bring out new features. I also like that the system is integrated with the Microsoft 365 suite of apps."
"It offers an easy way to store unstructured content (.pdf, .doc, .xls, images) and to tag them with metadata."
"The product provides flexibility in collaboration."
"We can now share to team members by MS Teams and assign planners to follow and update statuses in a single platform."
"Sharing information is very easy in SharePoint. We use multiple types of documents, like online Excel tools and online content editing, especially for group editing. This allows us to collaborate, even in distributed teams. Despite being geographically spread out, everyone can access the same files online, edit them, and see changes. We also use SharePoint to track all these changes, making our teamwork more collaborative overall. The tool fastens information sharing and collaboration."

Cons

"I think that the performance could be better and so could the auto-updates when filling in new columns and information."
"The UI has room for improvement."
"It works. I have no notes for improvement."
"One limitation of Adobe Sign is the restriction of adding only one email address for an Adobe Sign account. This can cause issues at times because Adobe Sign does not permit multiple signed accounts with the same email address."
"The solution could always be more secure."
"The support could improve in Adobe Sign."
"The price of the solution could improve for certain plans."
"The solution's UI can be made simpler and easy to use so that I can have the option to make changes if needed."
"It should automatically be datestamped beside the signature."
"Moving the boxes around can be a bit annoying, so the AI element in the UI should be significantly improved to make the process smoother."
"The support is not accessible sometimes to African businesses."
"We'd like to have some integration with some of our IT services."
"Resolution from customer service and their response rate in resolving issues needs to be improved."
"Some people are not that computer-literate, and people don't understand the concept of the digital signature."
"I could always use better security around the solution."
"There are sometimes delays in user communication."
"The areas of this solution that need improvement are the relationships between lists, cross-site web parts, and page-building tools."
"Flexibility and extensibility, above everything, could be improved."
"I understand that some functions are lost when you store the information in a file system, so maybe that's a way SharePoint can improve."
"The solution lacks collaboration features."
"The initial setup process is not intuitive."
"Annoyingly, many new Office 365 apps always end up being only US locale for the first year of their life. Microsoft needs to realise that most of their customers are not in the USA."
"One issue is that when users mistakenly hide files or set permissions incorrectly, it can lead to files becoming inaccessible, requiring intervention from Microsoft support to resolve."
"Make it more intuitive."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Adobe Sign is not expensive, but it is premium-priced based on the specific features required. The value you get from the numerous features and free unlimited support, including expert advice, is worth considering when looking for value for money. Unlike licensed components, when you purchase Adobe Sign, you're not just buying support; hence, you won't be faced with any unexpected licensing costs for additional support."
"The free edition allows us to use the signature feature."
"One area where there is room for improvement is the pricing of the entry-level plans. If you have minimal requirements for electronic signatures, the initial plans may not be suitable for SMBs as they may appear expensive. However, once you start using Adobe Sign, you can see a positive return on investment. Nonetheless, the pricing of the entry-level plans could be improved to cater to businesses with lower signing needs."
"As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution."
"The tool is expensive."
"We have purchased add-ons to handle multiple site collections, form creation, and design."
"The pricing works for us."
"It is pretty reasonable. It is $5 per month per user. We have 12 users now, so it is about $60 per month."
"The data classification and search elements are cheap."
"SharePoint is included with our Microsoft license."
"As usual, Microsoft’s licensing structures don’t really seem to fit the needs of their products. This leads to always paying for a project you will never use fully or always be adding to."
"The cost is expensive, but worthwhile."
"The pricing is competitive."
