Adobe Sign is very easy to use, and anyone can easily understand and use it independently. If I teach them once, that's sufficient. They can easily grasp it by themselves, but I still make documentation every time I learn new key points or processes. I also create videos for easier access for all users on a common SharePoint site, where people can easily view the processes if they forget, which is beneficial after taking time off for vacations. The initial setup of Adobe Sign is very straightforward and not complex, making it easily understandable. The customer support team from Adobe is very responsible. Whenever I raise a request in Adobe Sign, especially regarding documents that miss content, they clearly explain that large documents sometimes cause issues, and recommend converting the document into a PDF file before sending it for signature, which resolved the issues we faced. They respond immediately whenever I raise a request.

Digital sharing has replaced bulky paperwork and now allows photo and document links for everyone
The best features Dropbox Sign offers include having a Dropbox account, but you can use Dropbox even if you are not signed in. That feature helps me and my team because if I upload something on Dropbox, I can send the link also to those who do not have Dropbox. This is very useful because you do not need to be subscribed to download something from the site. Dropbox Sign has positively impacted my organization because I can upload something on Dropbox without the physical paper of all my documents. This allows me to travel more lightly. Specific benefits include saving time.

Quotes from Members

Pros

"Regarding the most valuable feature of the solution, I would say that it is easy to use."
"Adobe Sign is highly reliable and offers additional features such as 25-year retention filters and audit capabilities."
"Adobe Sign is a reliable product with good support and a continuous improvement process in place."
"The ability to sign digitally is very convenient."
"The most valuable aspect of Adobe Sign is not a single feature, but rather a combination of features. From a broad perspective, the failover system is particularly noteworthy. In the event that Adobe Sign experiences downtime, there are backup measures in place through Amazon AWS that ensure continuity. For instance, if one region experiences an outage, another region can take over seamlessly, which is a significant advantage."
"It makes it very easy to sign documents."
"We heavily relied on Adobe Sign for signature workflows, Advanced Sharing method, tracking reports, creating products, and assigning accounts to new users."
"I give the stability a ten out of ten."
"The solution is good."
"The solution has significantly simplified the process of getting contracts signed."
"For those signing, it is free to use."
"The most valuable feature of Dropbox Sign is the performance and the user experience is excellent."
"Dropbox Sign has positively impacted my organization because I can upload something on Dropbox without the physical paper of all my documents."
"Dropbox Sign positively impacts my organization because it makes my work easy."
"The pricing is typically for what is in the market."
"It's very easy to run through the document and get it signed since it walks you through everything in a step-by-step manner. So, it's very easy to use."

Cons

"One limitation of Adobe Sign is the restriction of adding only one email address for an Adobe Sign account. This can cause issues at times because Adobe Sign does not permit multiple signed accounts with the same email address."
"The support could improve in Adobe Sign."
"Last year we were informed that the integration between SharePoint and Adobe Sign was expiring in July 2024, prompting us to create a Power Automate flow to automate agreements in Adobe Sign using Power App and Power Automate flow inbuilt with the SharePoint site."
"The UI has room for improvement."
"I think that the performance could be better and so could the auto-updates when filling in new columns and information."
"It works. I have no notes for improvement."
"The solution's UI can be made simpler and easy to use so that I can have the option to make changes if needed."
"The solution could always be more secure."
"We do not have any unique use cases and do not need any other features."
"The tool needs to be able to integrate with other products or servers."
"Currently, one can't accept payments over the solution."
"It is complicated to sign the documents directly on the screen."
"They should ensure that every company can accept it. I'm not sure if all companies use it."
"Dropbox Sign can be improved because with some types of connection, I cannot use Dropbox."
"Dropbox Sign uses a combination of encryption, including classic encryption. The encryption overall could improve."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Adobe Sign is not expensive, but it is premium-priced based on the specific features required. The value you get from the numerous features and free unlimited support, including expert advice, is worth considering when looking for value for money. Unlike licensed components, when you purchase Adobe Sign, you're not just buying support; hence, you won't be faced with any unexpected licensing costs for additional support."
"As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution."
"The free edition allows us to use the signature feature."
"One area where there is room for improvement is the pricing of the entry-level plans. If you have minimal requirements for electronic signatures, the initial plans may not be suitable for SMBs as they may appear expensive. However, once you start using Adobe Sign, you can see a positive return on investment. Nonetheless, the pricing of the entry-level plans could be improved to cater to businesses with lower signing needs."
"On a scale of one to ten, where ten is the most comfortable pricing, I rate the solution a nine out of ten."
"The solution's pricing is fine. I chose Dropbox Sign over Adobe because of its pricing."
