Pre-built adapters simplify CI/CD processes but monitoring improvements are needed
If Bamboo can provide a dashboard with tool health, such as whether the master or instance has the required space, it would be beneficial. Sometimes, when I trigger a build, it ends with no space on the agent machine where the agents are installed. If Bamboo can create an internal monitoring mechanism and display the tool's health status on the landing page or homepage, it would help end users and DevOps Engineers like me.
Streamlined time tracking boosts operational efficiency across multiple regions
The time tracking feature is the most effective for employee management. UKG is used in Europe, the United States, Australia, and East Asian countries for HR activities like payroll. The application is like an ERP, providing comprehensive features for organizations, simplifying their processes, and reducing the need to use multiple software solutions.

"This is a scalable solution. We have not experienced any issues."
"It made the HR department more flexible; we can track employee records and trace the reports."
"We use this solution for our end to end HR needs from onboarding and hiring to learning."
"I can easily go to BambooHR to search for any staff member in the company."
"All of the employee information is centralized in one space and can be accessed whenever we want it."
"Payroll BI reporting, performance management, and onboarding are valuable features."
"Improvement of processes Reduction in man hours to complete tasks Employee engagement"
"UTA assists our plants with keeping time and making sure our employees get paid timely and accurately."
"Ability to have multiple HR processes within a single package."
"Customer service is good."
"The solution's UI is good. Also, it is very easy to use."
"I believe it was well worth it based on the former HRIS."
"Employees are able to easily enroll in new benefits online without any assistance."

Cons

"There are some issues with the job tab under my info where you add the salary."
"We recommend to have your own payroll integration as per GCC norms."
"I would like to see BambooHR allow for more than 10 jobs to be posted."
"Training: To allocate a new training course, you can only add it to a job title, and not to individuals. This is not very useful to us."
"The UI needs improvement because it needs to be more user-friendly."
"We had stability issues once or twice. The most significant issue was when there was an outage for a few hours and there was no out-of-hours support available."
"They are deliberately not the most sophisticated version of anything that they do, but it is like 80/20."
"Specifically, I work for 2 managers. In my profile, our administrator wasn’t able to add 2 managers."
"Reporting is always a hurdle for any user just because it is so extensive."
"Ultipro does not have preconfigured integrations with our external vendors for our health insurance, 401(k), or stock program to name a few."
"It creates more manual work at a slower pace, fills your week as a user, and as an enterprise you might want to utilize that time elsewhere."
"In-house scale of 1-10, 5."
"Customer service is not the most accessible; somewhat confusing."
"Our deployment had a lot of issues...but with my few months at the company, I am finding these are self inflicted."
"The tool needs improvement on the configuration side."
"Certainly, the time and attendance and the payroll integration need a lot of work. They are disjointed pieces, and they don't work smoothly together."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I rate the tool's pricing an eight out of ten."
"It was definitely cheaper than some of the larger systems."
"We pay a monthly subscription to use the solution. The subscript model is based on how many employees we have active."
"Price-wise, the solution is in the middle compared to other tools offering similar functionalities."
"If you're going for the full suite, it can be fairly pricey."
"The pricing depends on the number of licenses we buy."
"I wasn't involved in the pricing part. I'm a user, and I believe it is based on the user count. One thing that is nice about Ultimate is that you can learn how to use the system without additional fees. The learning aspect is the life of a product, and the training was a huge reason why we went with Ultimate. We did have some integration costs. They were a part of the implementation because of the integrations to other systems that we included in our implementation."
"UKG's pricing and licensing model involves ongoing expenses based on the number of employees paid. The initial implementation cost is low when UKG implements it directly. However, when partners handle the implementation, it becomes more expensive since partners don't receive the monthly recurring fees."
"While I am unsure of the licensing cost itself, the total cost of implementation and licensing for a company with over 5000 employees would be around 6,00,000. So, there are additional costs beyond licensing."
"The platform is not affordable but also not the most expensive."
