User interface consistency facilitates seamless project planning and design for specialized tasks
While Google has made efforts to address SAP loads, the company lacks a product specialist focus. They cover a broad range of products, which might affect their ability to compete well in certain niches. Google's strength lies in their adapted approach to specific tasks, as seen with SAP loads. Generally, their focus is widespread.

Offers the most simplest and easiest UI to use
I would not like many changes in the tool, but I think the 15 GB space provided by Google Drive Enterprise needs to be increased to around 25 five GB, as it would be really helpful for users. These days, the resolution of pictures and everything else has been increased. If you take a picture from an iPhone, it could easily be of around seven to eight GB. Photos are memories that one would want to keep or store properly. I believe that it is not possible to save a lot of photos in Google Drive Enterprise since it only provides 15 GB to users. The product does not offer a bit more storage space for users, which makes it an area that needs to be considered for improvement.

"Google has a lot of tools. They are really useful and they are really simple to use."
"This solution has become an enhanced product over the years. It is more stable and they keep adding features."
"Though I don't see a major difference between Google Drive Enterprise and other competitors, I find that the solution is easy to use. You just need to connect to it and upload files and give access to users who need access to the files. It's very easy to manage files and share files on Google Drive Enterprise, and these are its most valuable features."
"The most valuable feature of Google Drive is its seamless integration across mobile devices and computers."
"The possibility of working together in real-time on the same document is the most useful feature for me."
"The most valuable feature of Google Drive Enterprise is storage and the mobile version. We can connect to Google Drive, on our Android phones and store all our documents, for later access at any time. It is a very flexible solution."
"The most valuable features of the solution are in areas like synchronization and backup."
"With Google Drive Enterprise, multiple people can edit a document, and you can open it as Google Docs."

Cons

"I don't find the solution very user-friendly."
"I'd like the solution to integrate better with other clouds, including the Apple cloud."
"It was not easy to reach the storage because there were different network zones."
"Google Cloud Storage could improve by being more user-friendly."
"It was a little more complicated when compared to Apple."
"An area for improvement is that when you share with others, they can see all your folders instead of just those you share. Only the folders you specifically share should be visible."
"Google Cloud Storage could improve by having better integration with Microsoft Office files. When I open a Google document I would like it to be able to be opened with Microsoft. You can already open Google documents in Microsoft Office."
"The solution only allows so much space for free."
"It would be helpful if there was a synchronization option that would allow me to synchronize folders or emails with my online repository. That way, any new items added to the folder would automatically be uploaded to the solution, without me having to manually upload them."
"The product must provide more storage space."
"One problem I face is that online storage capacity is limited these days."
"The product must be more secure."
"I have sometimes observed that when the data is very huge or there are so many rules, Google Sheets documents get stuck while uploading. It keeps on loading the document and gives an error. There should be an improvement in this aspect. It should be quick. Currently, we have to wait for a long time."
"It might be ideal if we could increase storage more easily, however, I don't have much visibility on that and have never had any issues."
"Improvements could include better editing features within a Word document, similar to the characteristics of on-premises versions, such as more formatting functions. Another improvement could be file transfer from the browser to the desktop, making it as simple as drag and drop."
"The product does not support certain formats."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The product pricing is reasonable."
"Approximately 800 to 1,000 USD is paid towards the licensing costs of the solution. The solution is neither expensive nor cheap, meaning it is moderately priced. There are no extra costs apart from the licensing costs of the solution."
"We pay a monthly subscription."
"The price could be cheaper."
"The solution was very cheap compared to other products."
"They have recently changed their pricing structures, it used to be free but now it is a paid service. However, I am on a monthly subscription and the price is reasonable."
"My company is paying a yearly subscription for the licensing of the solution. It is an expensive solution."
"For licensing, I pay yearly. The pricing is fine."
"I use the free version."
"The product is available for free."
"I rate the price of Google Drive Enterprise a four out of five compared to other competitors."
"Storage is the only product offered and that makes it expensive to use."
"The product is not expensive."
"In the free subscription, Google Drive Enterprise provides limited integrations. You get basic integration features, but for more extensive API usage, a paid subscription is required. Even with the paid subscription, there are limits on free API usage, such as a certain number of calls per day or month."
"I am using the free version."
"You don't need to pay if it is within your storage limits. If you need more, you can have a corporate license. I don't know the pricing, but there is a corporate license. The extra costs would only be if you exceed these free limits."
