While Google has made efforts to address SAP loads, the company lacks a product specialist focus. They cover a broad range of products, which might affect their ability to compete well in certain niches. Google's strength lies in their adapted approach to specific tasks, as seen with SAP loads. Generally, their focus is widespread.

Offers the most simplest and easiest UI to use
I would not like many changes in the tool, but I think the 15 GB space provided by Google Drive Enterprise needs to be increased to around 25 five GB, as it would be really helpful for users. These days, the resolution of pictures and everything else has been increased. If you take a picture from an iPhone, it could easily be of around seven to eight GB. Photos are memories that one would want to keep or store properly. I believe that it is not possible to save a lot of photos in Google Drive Enterprise since it only provides 15 GB to users. The product does not offer a bit more storage space for users, which makes it an area that needs to be considered for improvement.

"Even if you lose your laptop or device, your data will still be accessible on Google Drive Enterprise. Therefore, keeping your files on the tool is a safe option. You can access it from any device if you have a Gmail account. When you create a Gmail account, you automatically get access to free Google resources, including 15 GB of Google Drive Enterprise storage, which is shared across all Google products."
"The most valuable features of Google Drive Enterprise are the secure file-sharing service. It is necessary to communicate with people, and the safe large file transfer is good. It's very useful and critical for us to communicate with each other nowadays. They integrate well with other Google solutions, such as Google Documents and Google Spreadsheet."

Cons

"Google Cloud Storage could improve by increasing the storage from 15 GB. If I want to have more storage I need to pay extra money."
"I would like the ability to query and filter documents to download them according to specific criteria."
"Google Cloud Storage could improve by having better integration with Microsoft Office files. When I open a Google document I would like it to be able to be opened with Microsoft. You can already open Google documents in Microsoft Office."
"They need to get some parts of the program more mature, like the admin management part as well as the monitoring part."
"Google Cloud Storage could be improved if they provided more free storage for free accounts."
"When compared to one of its competitors, Google Cloud Storage does not have or offer a lot of services to its users. So, this is one of the downsides of the solution."
"The main area for improvement would be providing a local setup or working area. Currently, developers need to commit code to test changes. A lower-cost option for this would be beneficial."
"The solution’s stability could be improved."
"The thing I would change is the pricing. We are a small company, and we have to pay the price for the full Enterprise version because we use some features that are only available on top-tier subscriptions."
"The product must provide more storage space."
"The free tier of storage is limited."
"I had some issues with permissions at first. I have to ask for Drive permissions because I'm a new doctoral student. Sometimes I have to ask for permission because I can't access this kind of document, but recently they fixed that by adding me to their team. Now I can access any document that my department supervisors and staff share on Drive."
"The solution is kind of expensive."
"Google Drive Enterprise is expensive. Google Sheets APIs need improvement."
"I would like to see better integration with Google Docs, the Google landscape in general, and other environments."
"If you have different accounts, you have to log out and log in to access the accounts. This could be improved by removing this requirement. The storage limit could also be increased."
