User interface consistency facilitates seamless project planning and design for specialized tasks
While Google has made efforts to address SAP loads, the company lacks a product specialist focus. They cover a broad range of products, which might affect their ability to compete well in certain niches. Google's strength lies in their adapted approach to specific tasks, as seen with SAP loads. Generally, their focus is widespread.

Offers the most simplest and easiest UI to use
I would not like many changes in the tool, but I think the 15 GB space provided by Google Drive Enterprise needs to be increased to around 25 five GB, as it would be really helpful for users. These days, the resolution of pictures and everything else has been increased. If you take a picture from an iPhone, it could easily be of around seven to eight GB. Photos are memories that one would want to keep or store properly. I believe that it is not possible to save a lot of photos in Google Drive Enterprise since it only provides 15 GB to users. The product does not offer a bit more storage space for users, which makes it an area that needs to be considered for improvement.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Google Cloud Storage's most valuable features are that it's easy to use and navigate, and it's not expensive."
"One of the most valuable features of the solution is its ease of use."
"Google Cloud Storage's most valuable feature is the native algorithms are available. Some of the algorithms are not available for the use cases that we had in Microsoft Azure. We didn't find any native algorithms and that's the reason why we decided to use the machine learning algorithms in GCP."
"The most valuable feature of Google Cloud Storage is the shared folder."
"From a stability standpoint, the solution is excellent. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten."
"On the phone, I appreciate how seamless it is."
"There's no implementation process."
"It's easy to use."
"I can store data and share it with people."
"For me, the most valuable feature is basically saving and sharing documents with other people outside, having something to be co-shared. When documents are large in size, it is easier to send them via email."
"I like how Google Drive syncs content across all my devices. It allows me to transfer files between multiple devices at the same time. I also like the versioning features."
"Google Drive is much more stable compared to Dropbox. Dropbox is a catastrophic solution. I used Dropbox because I manage many files, and I lost files because the synchronization between Dropbox and my customer folder was unstable. I use Google Drive to back up my files. Google Drive is the best solution to manage the backup between my Apple computer and my personal computer."
"It's easy to access from an Android device and can access things like cyber security restrictions on USB drives, file size, and so on. Google Drive will be an option."
"It is very convenient and easy to access."
"The most valuable feature is the ability to share files."
"The solution is simple to use."

Cons

"What would make Google Cloud Storage better is if it provided more storage."
"I would like to see this solution made faster, cheaper, and bigger."
"Google Cloud Storage could be improved by increasing the drive capacity."
"Having more storage space would be an improvement."
"The problem I face right now is that my data warehouse is being hosted on Google Cloud, however, integration between Google Cloud to Microsoft Azure is a big problem."
"The solution should offer more free storage."
"The price of Azure products is high. In my opinion, the prices of Google solutions should be lowered for businesses."
"While the solution seems to be secure, I worry that, with the cloud, there is a chance of hacking. It would be ideal if they could be more transparent about the processes they go through to keep our data secure in the cloud and on their systems."
"Google should also make it simpler to manage rights and access for different users. I want to share one folder with some people and another with other groups. It's not easy to manage. You have to use Google's web interface to assign rights, but IBM Box lets you permissions directly on the Windows interface."
"The price of additional storage could be reduced. I have an annual subscription and I'm only using 150GB because of the price."
"I want better support, and I expect quicker support for any issues."
"If somebody has made changes, for example, there should be a timestamp. Also, if two or three people are working and someone deletes something, a mechanism to retrieve the previous version should be available."
"The solution's capacity could be increased to store more documents."
"The thing I would change is the pricing. We are a small company, and we have to pay the price for the full Enterprise version because we use some features that are only available on top-tier subscriptions."
"In the free version, managing the files and folders and data is a little difficult."
"The feature for synchronization of data from multiple systems with the same single ID is not happening in Google Drive. This feature should be added. For example, if I have only one single mail ID and I'm using it in a different location to upload different data, this is the challenge. It is happening from one system or one server. The synchronization of data from the local system to Google Drive will not happen if the IDs are the same. If I'm using it for different systems in different locations, synchronization is not happening. The system hets logged out. This feature is very important for us and they need to add it."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"In general, it's fairly priced."
"The solution is very cheap."
"Its price is fine."
"The solution is free."
"I pay monthly for Google Cloud Storage. It could be cheaper, but for now, it's okay."
"It's an inexpensive product."
"It's about nearly $10,000 USD to use the services on GCP, however, Google gave us a good deal which is why we originally went with them."
"We pay a monthly subscription."
"You don't need to pay if it is within your storage limits. If you need more, you can have a corporate license. I don't know the pricing, but there is a corporate license. The extra costs would only be if you exceed these free limits."
"You need to pay an extra cost to use more space."
"In the free subscription, Google Drive Enterprise provides limited integrations. You get basic integration features, but for more extensive API usage, a paid subscription is required. Even with the paid subscription, there are limits on free API usage, such as a certain number of calls per day or month."
"Storage is the only product offered and that makes it expensive to use."
"That would be ideal if it were as cheap as possible."
"The price of Google Drive Enterprise is affordable and is one of its best features. I am on a monthly subscription."
"I use the free version of the product."
"The program is very affordable."
