Offers great reliability to users
Protection is an area in the product where improvements are required. If big companies want to use the tool for protection purposes, like security, which is a big thing people are looking for nowadays. Sometimes, the tool's user interface automatically puts all the files in a different place, making it a bit difficult to go deep and figure out in which folder a file is present. I need to search for a file and drill down to be able to find it. There are a few bugs in the tool, as with all content management tools, since the solution is usually used to deal with huge amounts of content. If the flow of the documents is huge, the tool might get slow for the end users, or when the data is being migrated or imported into the tools.

Offers the most simplest and easiest UI to use
I would not like many changes in the tool, but I think the 15 GB space provided by Google Drive Enterprise needs to be increased to around 25 five GB, as it would be really helpful for users. These days, the resolution of pictures and everything else has been increased. If you take a picture from an iPhone, it could easily be of around seven to eight GB. Photos are memories that one would want to keep or store properly. I believe that it is not possible to save a lot of photos in Google Drive Enterprise since it only provides 15 GB to users. The product does not offer a bit more storage space for users, which makes it an area that needs to be considered for improvement.

Pros

"It is flexible and simple to use."
"From an availability perspective it's fantastic; from a security perspective it's fantastic."
"We are mostly doing telephony and generic web services in the telephony."
"The best feature is ease of use."
"Google Cloud is handy and easy to use."
"The solution's most valuable features are availability, feasibility, and reachability."
"The product's initial setup phase is straightforward."
"It is stable and scalable."

"I like how Google Drive syncs content across all my devices. It allows me to transfer files between multiple devices at the same time. I also like the versioning features."
"The stability of Google Drive Enterprise is good."
"For me, the most valuable feature is basically saving and sharing documents with other people outside, having something to be co-shared. When documents are large in size, it is easier to send them via email."

If it can give that kind of advice, it would be a great feature on a drive storage capability. There has to be some kind of machine learning to analyze individual data and provide recommendations."
"The solution should be more user-friendly so that people get used to it."
"I'd like some UI enhancements for an even better user experience."
"The tool must provide more storage capacity."

"It has a yearly license."
