Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I like that it's easy to use. I'm satisfied with the speed, stability, and availability.""The stability of Google Drive Enterprise is good.""The most valuable feature is the ability to share files.""The possibility of working together in real-time on the same document is the most useful feature for me.""The product helps us to collaborate with team members. You can control the share and access feature. It is also user-friendly. The solution's security features are decent and reliable. Its APIs are good.""It's very convenient for me. I used to work in a corporate setting with shared servers and workspaces.""I can check emails from anywhere, and use the applications wherever I am.""It is a stable solution, and I have never faced any issues with the product...It is a scalable solution since one can get as much as one needs from the product."

"The solution helps us to collaborate.""Convenient to share and collaborate documents.""The solution is very intuitive.""Good performance, even on relatively slow connections; no local apps required.""It's a secure solution that enables you to choose those you wish to share with.""A complete integrated environment for our business. I get Google docs, Gmail, online space, and calendar where I can easily perform all documentation, storage, and communications online.""G Suite and all of Google were the first to have a built-in multifactor authentication without needing to purchase another product.""The security and privacy policies of G Suite make it efficient, and the organizational data is secure."

Cons
"A separate interface to give users a summary of how they've shared items on the drive would be useful. You can end up having a lot of stuff and the sheer amount can end up making users feel a little bit lost in terms of knowing who they've actually shared items with.""Google meets use of whiteboard is primitive making it difficult to demonstrate while talking.""The vendor must increase awareness about the tool among the common people.""The desktop app could be improved, especially how it functions in the Windows environment.""The ability to share documents with outside clients can be improved. It is difficult to share documents with outside clients, and that's why I am looking at some other solution. If you use Google Drive, they want you to use all of their Google Suite, but not everybody uses Google Suite for document creation. It is not a great solution if you are working with a company that doesn't use Google Suite.""I am not sure what will happen if you forget to renew your license.""It might be ideal if we could increase storage more easily, however, I don't have much visibility on that and have never had any issues.""You cannot upload multiple files with the same name to Google Drive. I'm not sure how relevant it is for other users, but I have multiple files with the same name that I'm unable to upload to a single folder."

"The product could improve the number of participants allowed in a meeting and the strength of the meetings.""Some people complain that Google Mail is inflexible. It was advanced 10 years ago, but other solutions are cleaner and clearer.""Expensive with a complicated licensing structure.""The synchronization is a bit of an issue.""Better integration without visual misrepresentation with the Microsoft suite is required.""We've had difficulty using PowerPoint files in G Suite. PowerPoint has some functions that are not available in G Suite, so when you convert from PPTX to the Slides format, they don't work.""It would be nice to have additional software, such as Microsoft Teams, since our basic edition, Google Meet, cannot record video.""The solution could improve the Google Cloud identity login to laptops that sometimes do not work. The collaboration for Google sites, they are not equivalent to others, such as Sharepoint."
