Helps with extra collaboration and ensures communication is within the framework
Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance's integration with other devices is helpful since most people are always on their mobiles. The product must consider different regulations since you cannot measure everything from a standard. The solution helps us to save time and money because we can automate manual work. I rate it a nine out of ten.

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance helps with extra collaboration and ensures communication is within the framework."
"The stability is very good."
"Proofpoint Email Protection's advantage is that, when it's working properly, it tends to catch more threats as compared to other products."
"It's the top choice because no company can operate without security. Ensuring email protection is a major priority for any organization when building its infrastructure."
"It's detection of true positives are great, as it's cloud based it's very scalable and stable."
"Provides better control over emails, especially those sent via Office 365 on the cloud."
"Proofpoint Email Protection is the best solution from the perspective of email security."
"The most valuable feature is the ability to remove bad messages that were delivered, prior to being classified as unwanted."
"It's a mature product. It does a good job in detection."

Cons

"The product should incorporate more automation with the help of AI."
"The solution could be improved with the addition of PLP and email encryption features."
"Proofpoint Email Protection has a new approach to email security with its API feature. Currently, it only works with Office 365. In the future, it would be beneficial if it also works with Gmail, as Check Point is currently the only brand that has API email security for Gmail. It would be beneficial if Proofpoint Email Protection could add this integration, they would be more competitive with other vendors."
"It has too many screens. It is kind of a conglomeration of products. In other words, they built product A, product B, and product C, and they are yet to integrate them into a single administrative console. I would certainly like to see a more seamless administrative interface. I would also like to see them include more bang for the buck, by including features like email fraud protection, rather than making their product so piecemeal, where you are buying little pieces. I agree with the idea of having multiple tiers or layers, but maybe as small, medium, and large, as opposed to an a la carte menu."
"Proofpoint Email Protection could improve by reducing the price."
"Proofpoint should have better integration with complex environments that need more than one instance of Proofpoint, as there are issues with nested instances."
"The support team was a bit slow."
"The setup requires expertise. It needs someone with experience on managing it, and I would rate the implementation as needing someone experienced."
"There is room for improvement in detecting and preventing phishing attacks. While the solution performs well in some aspects, it struggles with phishing threats."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"Annually, it costs us about $92,000. This is pretty much what it costs us. There is no additional cost."
"The solution is expensive."
"The solution charges per user per month to use it. There are not any additional fees in addition to the standard living fees."
"It is on a yearly basis. Their floor for SMB doesn't matter. The user count is 100 users and below at $2,500 a year. Its cost is higher than other solutions. It is probably about 20% to 30% higher than what you would get with Microsoft. There are no additional costs. All costs are factored in. It can be improved pricing-wise so that it is affordable for the SMB market."
"The price is reasonable."
"The licensing model for Proofpoint Email Protection is simple. It's based on the number of users. Price-wise, Proofpoint Email Protection is a five out of ten because it's a pretty expensive solution."
"The licensing is basically $8/user."
"In general, the pricing is competitive."
