Helps with extra collaboration and ensures communication is within the framework
Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance's integration with other devices is helpful since most people are always on their mobiles. The product must consider different regulations since you cannot measure everything from a standard. The solution helps us to save time and money because we can automate manual work. I rate it a nine out of ten.

Beginner -friendly tool and simplifies the process of adding new domains
I didn't work on the installation and deployment, but I know the procedure. It's easy, not complicated. We just need to have servers and storage capacity. In our organization, it was an on-premises Proofpoint Protection, so we had a server, capacity storage, and all. We also need to connect that server with our internal environment and Active Directory. It's all easy. There's documentation from Proofpoint on how to do it. And we also have support from their team to guide us.

"The most valuable feature of Proofpoint Email Protection is the TAP Dashboard. It provides more detailed information that can be used for forensic analysis. This is an advantage that other email security providers, such as Cisco, IronPort, or Microsoft do not offer in their dashboards."

Cons

"The product should incorporate more automation with the help of AI."
"It's scalable, but the devil's in the details — you have to know your email volumes."
"The reporting section could be enhanced. I like some reports but if they could allow us to create custom reports with more flexibility it would enhance the reports more."
"The price could be improved."
"They do not have an on-demand scan for the internal viruses and internal users, and they don't have a scan for the exchange server against viruses and spam as Symantec does."
"The product's deployment is complex and requires technical knowledge."
"The high cost of the product is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"Some use cases haven't been dealt with yet."
