Easy to deploy, stable, and scalable
The encryption and decryption have room for improvement. We need to be confident that the customer's data is secure when shared outside of the organization. I would like to request additional mobile app features that go beyond push notifications. As the mobile development industry continues to advance with new technologies, such as AI components, it is important to consider these advancements when setting up campaigns. Currently, campaigns are scheduled to be sent to customers at a prescribed time, but they may not be relevant to the customer unless they see them as valuable. For example, if I want to run a campaign offering loans, I would need to consider the customer's needs and balance. In the future, I hope Salesforce can incorporate an AI component that utilizes the shared data, rather than just scheduling campaigns.

Good solution for controlling company processes
Our primary use case for SAP is as a principal company system and it's relatively easy to understand our process in the system. It's quite easy to analyze the configuration and make other operations make custom accounts for the application. In my opinion, it's a good experience I don't have a…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The solution is very, very scalable."
"I like the user interface it has a nice look and feel."
"The user interface is easy to use, especially for my staff who use assistive technology."
"The solution is user-friendly."
"It is a stable solution...It is a scalable solution...I rate the technical support a ten out of ten."
"This is a very powerful and scalable solution."
"The tool's most valuable feature is its automation. We can integrate data with the Salesforce hub. Its Einstein feature tells us whether our campaigns are on the right track. It also helps with ideas."
"I like that I can constantly add leads to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and look at accounts there. I also like that the solution lets me set up meetings."
"SAP CRM is very fast, providing accurate information and good results."
"SAP CRM has a good performance."
"We are using the HANA Z database for CRM, which enhances the products we are currently using by making the system more efficient. Everything is connected to CRM, so we can use the data for analytics, sales forecasting, and data modeling."
"Its scalability is good."
"The most important factor for recommending SAP CRM is its integration with the core SAP platform. Globally, most enterprises are using SAP as an ERP platform to manage their key business functions. SAP CRM has out-of-the-box integration with the core SAP platform. You can integrate your pre-sales and post-sales into the single platform on the SAP CRM very easily, and you can extend that CRM to your customers who can actually see what is happening to their orders—such as whether it is dispatched or not dispatched or at what stage it is—simply by logging onto the CRM platform."
"From the bank perspective, it's user-friendly and simple to develop something specific for a certain customer. It allows customization for individual customers rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach."
"The most valuable feature is real-time data. You don't have to go to the finance team for information. On one screen, you can see if stock is available and check the customer's outstanding balance, and then you can process the order. SAP CRM's integration with other applications is easier."
"Getting the right information at the right time across different programs is important. These programs lack interaction between them. IPA is a good option to bring them together."

Cons

"The dashboards should be more intuitive, as there are far too many items on them. You're not always sure what you're looking for."
"Managing large volumes of data takes too long."
"It should contain artificial intelligence, in my opinion."
"Clarity around new features could be improved when they are released."
"In the SMS area, it is not up to the mark, compared to what has been developed for email."
"The data extension tools are not very user-friendly."
"If you want to use advanced features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, they are extremely difficult to use."
"Marketing Cloud's forecasting could be improved."
"There are quite a lot of missing parts in SAP CRM, which is why we do a lot of customization. Not everything is there, and some things need custom coding to cater to specific needs. It is not a plug-and-play solution with standard features, and we have to customize quite a lot."
"SAP CRM could improve by making the solution more current, it is out of date. There are no more updates for SAP CRM."
"The solution is slow."
"The solution needs more flexible customization, tender request, and they need to think about some of the localization aspects."
"In terms of stability, there are some latency issues."
"The solution is expensive."
"The navigation must be improved."
"They have recently updated their user interface but they should continue to improve upon it in the future. Additionally, overall performance or speed of response times could be better."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The solution is paid for monthly."
"It is a license per user."
"The price is expensive."
"My company pays to use this solution."
"We have two types of licensing. We have a yearly license for end users and we have a concurrent login for selling."
"I don't know if my company pays for Salesforce Marketing Cloud monthly or yearly. It's a SaaS, so it's a recurring cost, but I have no information on its price."
"It's not cheap, which is why I recommend that you use Marketing Cloud to create automated journeys. If you plan to use Marketing Cloud just to send emails, use another tool."
"We did a yearly license. We negotiated and got a great deal. I don't think we would have gotten far with the regular price, but they negotiated, so it was worth that."
"There is a license required for the solution and most of my clients purchase an annual license."
"SAP CRM is an expensive product."
"Its price is reasonable. As compared to other CRMs, this CRM is competitively priced. They have multiple flavors with different sets of functionality. Pricing is based on the flavor that suits your requirement. If you have more users, the cost will come down."
"There is a license required to use SAP CRM."
"As for the product licensing, we pay an annual fee. It's important to consider setup costs and licensing based on your organization's budget and needs."
"The product is expensive."
"SAP CRM is not suitable for smaller businesses because it is expensive. The larger businesses would be able to handle the cost."
"The licensing model for SAP CRM is customer-based."
