Easy to deploy, stable, and scalable
The encryption and decryption have room for improvement. We need to be confident that the customer's data is secure when shared outside of the organization. I would like to request additional mobile app features that go beyond push notifications. As the mobile development industry continues to advance with new technologies, such as AI components, it is important to consider these advancements when setting up campaigns. Currently, campaigns are scheduled to be sent to customers at a prescribed time, but they may not be relevant to the customer unless they see them as valuable. For example, if I want to run a campaign offering loans, I would need to consider the customer's needs and balance. In the future, I hope Salesforce can incorporate an AI component that utilizes the shared data, rather than just scheduling campaigns.

Good solution for controlling company processes
Our primary use case for SAP is as a principal company system and it's relatively easy to understand our process in the system. It's quite easy to analyze the configuration and make other operations make custom accounts for the application. In my opinion, it's a good experience I don't have a…

"What I found most valuable in SAP CRM is its multitenancy, and you can use it from your website, SMS, and even social media, and it's all integrated, so my company is trying to leverage on all of those."
"SAP CRM has a good performance."
"The most valuable feature for me is the flexibility to consolidate the products."
"SAP is very easy to use."

Cons

"The customization of Salesforce, a generic CRM software, has room for improvement."
"We'd like to see more integrations with third-party products."
"We need a development environment for Marketing Cloud. Currently, there is no development environment for this solution. Other Salesforce products, such as Sales and Service Cloud, have a development environment in which the developers can do some things and then post them in production. Currently, everything happens in the production for Marketing Cloud. There is only one environment, and the developers and the end-users have to work in the same environment, which seems to be challenging. If Salesforce can bring a developer environment for Marketing Cloud, it will be good."
"The majority of my clients are happy, but when it comes to the CDP of Salesforce, the client gets confused. They have no clue that Salesforce has a CDP platform too. If my clients want to go ahead with the same vendor, Salesforce, they get confused about the different marketing suites which are available. There is no clear marketing done for the suites available for the clients, this is where the client is facing the real challenges."
"If you want to use advanced features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, they are extremely difficult to use."
"In terms of marketing, I don't think Salesforce invests the same level of intensity in promoting Marketing Cloud...Pricing is a concern and needs improvement, as some customers find the product a bit too expensive."
"The dashboards should be more intuitive, as there are far too many items on them. You're not always sure what you're looking for."
"User management could be better."
"It was not very stable. It was not a network problem because we were using tools that were not SAP. They were working well. But when I'm running the SAP, it's not working for us."
"There are quite a lot of missing parts in SAP CRM, which is why we do a lot of customization. Not everything is there, and some things need custom coding to cater to specific needs. It is not a plug-and-play solution with standard features, and we have to customize quite a lot."
"The product is very expensive."
"The solution is slow."
"SAP must provide a demo system for the customers."
"The navigation must be improved."
"As SAP CRM is still in its pilot version in my company, and my team is still experimenting on it, there's little room for exploration, but its setup is not as straightforward, so this could be an area for improvement."
"In terms of stability, there are some latency issues."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Its licensing is on an annual basis. Customers are okay with its licensing cost, and they don't find it expensive."
"The price is expensive."
"Salesforce has different versions of the solution and some are more suitable for smaller clients. However, Salesforce is expensive."
"Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a highly expensive solution, it needs to be less expensive. We are on an annual license to use the solution."
"This is a low cost solution suited to larger organizations."
"The solution is paid for monthly."
"On a scale where one is the lowest and ten is the most expensive, I rate the solution an eight out of ten."
"Licensing fees are paid on a yearly basis."
"SAP CRM is an expensive product."
"As for the product licensing, we pay an annual fee. It's important to consider setup costs and licensing based on your organization's budget and needs."
"The company has seen an increase in revenue."
"The pricing from SAP is good but it takes time to realize the investment."
"There is a license required to use SAP CRM."
"SAP CRM costs approximately a couple of thousand a month."
"We have to pay a yearly licensing fee for SAP CRM, which is expensive."
"Its price is reasonable. As compared to other CRMs, this CRM is competitively priced. They have multiple flavors with different sets of functionality. Pricing is based on the flavor that suits your requirement. If you have more users, the cost will come down."
