Any developer can study and implement what we do for cloud operations with the database side. It's not a big deal for developers. They can implement things using Google Cloud Storage.

The solution offers versioning, which lets us work together efficiently on a single document. What I like most about Google Cloud Storage is its ease of use and the integration of all Google services. It's very efficient for work.

When compared to one of its competitors, Google Cloud Storage does not have or offer a lot of services to its users. So, this is one of the downsides of the solution.

The main area for improvement would be providing a local setup or working area. Currently, developers need to commit code to test changes. A lower-cost option for this would be beneficial.

The price of Azure products is high. In my opinion, the prices of Google solutions should be lowered for businesses.

Sometimes, I'm not too fond of privacy policies, especially when using certain features like Gemini AI, where agreeing to the terms might mean losing access to your history. One area for improvement is document retrieval—sometimes, it's hard to find documents because the file names aren't always recognizable, and the preview feature could be more efficient. Maintenance for Google Cloud Storage is minimal, but it would be helpful to have a tool that automatically removes duplicate versions of files to save space. The file management in Google Cloud and Workspace isn't very straightforward, which could be improved.

User management could be better. It's complicated process to delete users and maintain the structure of documents created by deleted users.

While the solution seems to be secure, I worry that, with the cloud, there is a chance of hacking. It would be ideal if they could be more transparent about the processes they go through to keep our data secure in the cloud and on their systems.
