Process/Apps/Components Can Be Dynamically Operated By An End User.
What is most valuable?
What needs improvement?
I could not yet verify the existence/capability of the feature, such as how to help a non-IT based user to configure the ERP operating environment on a complex cross-functional process. This seems to be done by support from a citizen expert, but I assume that there might be a sort of standard consulting framework so every citizen expert might be able to follow and comply with consulting/implementation quality standards.
For how long have I used the solution?
Only two months for bench-marking.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Not available yet.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have used local ERP, SCM, MES, and Logistics application systems. But all are customized by an end user requirement and hard to consider providing standard/best practices, just function-oriented, and little have capability to suggest a roadmap.
How was the initial setup?
Quite straightforward, but hard to proceed with further configuration for the holistic view of an operation.

No concern.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Experience local best ERP/SCM/MES/Logistics package, but it is hard to position as cloud SaaS.
