Even in a remote place, if my company is showing someone a complex web application, we can just point out the exact options in the menu bar from our side. If you are sharing the screen and you are unable to find a particular menu from our company's side, we can just use a marker and tick it to tell them the spot they need to check. The tool's support features are very beneficial to customers.
