There is no easy or seamless way to integrate that information, so people have to go back and forth to fill in that information, and we find it a bit disjointed. Another improvement is in regards to resume filtering. For example, there is no internal solution for being able to score a resume for the relevant skill sets. If we get 100 resumes for a role, how do we stack-rank those files without having to manually read through each of the profiles? There are a few other tools that have embodied those advanced techniques which Breezy doesn't have."
