I primarily use the solution for Teams and other Microsoft applications.
We use it in the office for communication, security, file transfers, cloud access, and the company portal. All of its basic services are leveraged.
I primarily use the solution for Teams and other Microsoft applications.
We use it in the office for communication, security, file transfers, cloud access, and the company portal. All of its basic services are leveraged.
The solution is very simple to use.
The product has a pretty nice interface.
There is good support on offer.
The solution provides regular updates.
The initial setup is very simple and straightforward.
The stability is great, both on the PC and on mobile.
The scalability of the solution is very good.
We've found that the product works well on Apple products as well. there are no compatibility issues.
The solution could still use better integration with Apple infrastructure. They should offer better support for iOS devices and more regular updates for iOS, as it's working pretty well for Microsoft solutions and for Windows systems, yet it does not work quite as well for iOS.
I've been using the solution for a few years at this point. It has been quite a while.
We've found the stability to be good. It's stable on both mobile and desktop versions. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable.
The scalability is very good. It's great for companies that have 500 or more employees. We have around 1,000 users and it's been great. It can handle a lot of people. In my office alone there are about 150 users.
It is my understanding that we don't have plans to increase usage.
The technical support is very good. they are helpful and responsive. We're quite satisfied with the level of support on offer. We also have staff on-site that can answer questions if we have any. Our IT team is very knowledgeable. They typically have been able to handle any questions we have and if they can't they can always go directly to Microsoft.
The solution is very easy to install. It's not overly complex or difficult. A user shouldn't have any issues with the process.
That said, I did not personally deploy the product. I just use it. We have five people on staff that handle deployment and maintenance tasks.
The company provides the solution to me. I can't speak to the licensing or costs.
We do have an enterprise-level licensing agreement with Microsoft.
I'm an end-user and a customer. I don't have a business relationship with Microsoft.
I'm using the latest version of the solution. I can't speak to the exact version number.
I'd recommend the solution to other users and organizations. A lot of other companies already use it. It's quite popular.
I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten.
We are using the solution mainly for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additionally, we use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
I think the flexibility of Teams very good.
There should be less power consumption of the PC resources while using this solution. We have professional systems and Teams can run slow at times. We also need to restart Teams in the middle of the meetings sometimes, this could improve in a future release.
I have been using the solution for three years.
The solution could be more stable.
The solution is easy to scale. We have 15 people using the solution in our company and it is very easy to increase the number of licenses and users.
The installation was very easy. The longest period of the installation was the migration of emails. The rest of the application can be deployed within two days.
We did the implementation ourselves. We have 10 technical engineers that can deploy and do maintenance of the solution.
There is a license for this solution and it is priced based on the users using it.
I would recommend this solution to others.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
I primarily use the solution for documents and email.
I've used Microsoft for the last maybe 25 years to 30 years. I just use it due to the fact that that's what we're using at work. I have no choice. That's what we're using. Overall, over the years, I've been happy to use it. After so long, I've grown comfortable with the interface and how it works.
The solution is stable.
The solution has amazing integration, however, I never use that aspect.
I've used the solution for so long, I am very comfortable with it. I don't recall feeling anything was missing in terms of features or capabilities.
It would be ideal if there were fewer features. I'd like it better if it had a watered-down version where you didn't have to have all of this stuff included. It would just be easier to find the things that you use all the time if that were the case. For example, it has a lot of mail features I have no need for.
I've been using the solution for years. It's been a while. I'm not sure of the exact amount of time. It might be as much as 25 to 30 years, at least as far as using Microsoft is concerned.
The product is stable. There are no bugs and glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. In general, it's reliable and the performance is good. I have no complaints.
I can't speak to the scalability. It's not something I handle directly or make decisions around. I've never tried to scale the solution. It's simply on my laptop and I work on it. That's about the extent of my involvement.
We have an organization of 8,000 people. Likely, everyone in the company is using it to some extent.
While I am not a decision-maker in the company, it's likely we will continue to keep using the product.
I've never reached out to technical support. I can't speak to how helpful or responsive they are.
IT deploys the solution for us, the users. I'm not sure how the initial setup happened.
When I received the laptop, the solution was already installed and ready to go.
I can't speak to what type of maintenance is needed if any. it's not an aspect of the solution I handle.
Our IT team handled the implementation process.
I don't pay for the solution directly. Likely, my employer does. I don't deal with the pricing or licensing aspects of the solution.
I'm not sure if our organization looked at any other options before choosing this solution. I'm not a part of that decision-making process.
I'm not sure which version of the solution we're currently using. I don't know the version number off-hand.
I'd recommend this solution to other organizations. I'd rate it ten out of ten. It's worked well for me and I'm very comfortable with the product.
We are using Microsoft Office and Teams for collaboration purposes, Microsoft Teams specifically helps us during the COVID phase, increasing productivity for both remote work and onsite work.
We see a productivity increase and a better collaboration platform. Instead of booking a meeting room for discussion, we can just use Teams to meet.
You can access Microsoft 365 Business from anywhere. You have full access to Office 365 or Outlook 365, and the support is there.
It's always updated because Microsoft does patching regularly.
It's easier to configure, and you don't have to worry about supporting the solution.
The price could be cheaper.
The technical support could be more knowledgeable.
We have been using it for two years.
We use the cloud-based solution.
It is stable.
It is scalable. We have more than 1000 users.
Technical support is okay, but they could be more knowledgeable.
We were using the on-premises version before the cloud solution.
We have a yearly license, and it could be cheaper.
On a scale from one to ten, I would rate Microsoft 365 Business at nine.
The solution can be used for everything, including shared point outlook and recommendations teams.
The solution's best feature is its flexibility.
The solution should have better integration with other platforms.
We are making a huge financial investment in processing that system and in finding the right software solution. We are trying to optimize this process and to find the ideal solution for integrating our Microsoft software with the rest of our processing systems
I have been working with Microsoft 365 Business for five or six months, although I believe that my company, in which I am new, has been doing so for five or ten years.
The solution is definitely stable.
The solution is definitely scalable.
Tech support is fine.
When I encounter a problem, I get in touch with the IT department and they resolve it for me. As such, I do not have a clear picture of the response time. I can say that Microsoft's response time is very fast.
I consider the installation to have been very easy.
It took 30 minutes per day.
The installation can be done on one's own.
When it comes to the deployment and maintenance of the solution, we are talking about a big organization. As such, we have 40 people in management roles, 20 in engineering and several workers in the production department who use the solution.
The licensing of the solution is monthly.
While I don't have a clear picture of the financial outlay we are making for this kind of software, I believe that it can cover everything, including the processing of that system and that which relates to our CAC customers. All things considered, the software can support all of our use needs during our work time.
We will certainly continue to use the solution.
I would absolutely recommend the solution to others. It is easy to use, which is its greatest feature.
There are around 1,000 customers making use of the solution in our organization.
I would estimate that 90 percent of our workforce makes use of the solution.
I, for sure, have plans to continue using the solution.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business as a nine out of ten.
The integration has been easy. The integration with all of the combinations of tools has been problem-free so far.
It's a pretty ubiquitous product. Most companies use it for many tasks within their organization.
The solution could be a bit more mobile-friendly. It's easier to use on a desktop or laptop. It's a bit different on the phone.
The applications could be more user-friendly for end-users - and this is especially true for the mobile version as everyone is doing everything on their phone these days. If there's something urgent, if you're on a vacation or something, you have to send an emergent presentation, an important proposal, something like that, you tend to use your phone. That's why they have to improve the licensing regarding mobile apps.
We've used the solution since the company started, which is 2014. It's been seven or so years now.
We have about 100 users on the solution. We're still a small to mid-size organization.
We use it across all departments, including marketing, HR, and finance. The C-level sales department also uses it a lot. We have a technical team and the pre-sales team as our job functions or our scope involves implementation for customers. We provide and implement new solutions, et cetera.
We also are a Microsoft partner. We started with Microsoft 365 first. We didn't use Gmail or any other solutions for security reasons. We've been using Microsoft 365 since the beginning.
We are users and we are also Microsoft partners. We're resellers.
I'm not sure which version we're using at the moment. Our technical team would track that level of detail. Likely, it's the latest update. It depends on our work rotation. We have to do the batching and we have to download all the new batches for security reasons as we have infrastructure and architecture that concerns our customers. That's why we're used to updating all of our applications and handling batching from the security layers. We use a cloud deployment.
For most companies, it's the core of their business. That's why I would rate it at a ten out of ten.
The solution is actually one suite. Azure and Intune, everything comes together. Once you have Microsoft 365, it is one platform and its different products are all under one umbrella. We use SharePoint, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams - basically everything.
The product makes it easy to collaborate once all the employees are under one domain. Everyone can easily collaborate and share work-related information on the Cloud and all documents are shareable.
The storage is much easier. Let's say that you are part of one company. You have that security with the company and you can easily share within Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. It's really easy now to collaborate, store, and share everything.
The solution is very stable.
The scalability is great.
The installation process is pretty straightforward.
I don't have any issues with the product or its offering. There aren't any missing features. I've enjoyed working with it.
It could be flexible in terms of working with other cloud-based solutions.
We've used the solution for one year at this point. It hasn't been that long just yet.
The stability of the product is very good. There are no crashes. It doesn't freeze. We don't deal with bugs or glitches. It's reliable.
The solution scales well. If you need to expand it, as a company, you can.
We have about 1200 people using the solution at this time.
Technical support has been very helpful and responsive. They are good. We are happy with the level of service we get.
Previously, we used Microsoft Office 2016.
The implementation was straightforward. It was not overly complex. From Intune, we had the option to deploy this product to all of the computers in the company. It was not very difficult as InTune provided this option for the deployment of Office 365 applications. You can just select whatever you want - Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, et cetera. It was very simple.
We have between 15 to 20 technical personnel in our organization that can handle deployment and maintenance tasks for this solution.
I handled the implementation myself. I did not need the assistance of any consultants or integrators. It was all handled in-house.
I like that the licensing is user-based.
The solution comes as one full suite that, once you buy it Microsoft 365, delivers everything you need under that license. You just have to select how many users will be using it. Once that happens, you pay for it yearly.
I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. It's been a great solution so far.
I would recommend the solution to others.
I like that it is very comprehensive.
Everything that you need is included inside.
Microsoft 365 Business is considered to be one of the best when you compare it with other operating systems or Office suites. I don't think that the free versions are compatible with what Microsoft 365 is carrying. The OpenOffice Suite is not as well received and Mac is also using Microsoft Office Suite because they are considered to be the best.
There is always room for improvement.
They should have a consolidated app, rather than have different applications with a different app. It is a bit annoying.
Consolidated apps are better than having individual apps for different applications.
Recently, they have upgraded a lot. They even have the RPA for automation and RPA for using Power Automate. They even have the power apps that create the power apps themselves.
They do have something in SharePoint that is not really very flexible in creating SharePoint as the internet website.
If they could convert SharePoint to become an internet website where you can create your own internet website for the public, it would be much better.
With SharePoint, there is always a header at the top that indicates that it is SharePoint, and most websites don't like that. If you are using a platform for SharePoint, they always have that. They could always change that to become a footer to say that it is SharePoint.
People would need to look for another developer to develop a website that is not really that user-friendly from an integration perspective.
We use the Enterprise Suite.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
