Google Workspace Reviews

I am basically using the email service and some regular space on Google Workspace. That's it. My company is using the email service for around 100 users.

The valuable features include the email service, email updates, and Google Drive. People are given email access to Google Drive. The team can share manual files and work accordingly. They can access different teams from anywhere, collectively putting files, sharing them, and managing them. 

Additionally, the manufacturing product does not require any downgrades. It works fine and continuously for the last three or four years. Users can access their emails from anywhere in their browser without a laptop or can directly access from Gmail. This is helpful for salespeople.

We use Google Workspace for mail, calendaring, conference calls, collaboration on documents, and advanced features of the calendar similar to Calendly. 

We utilize Google Sheets connected with BigQuery for large data analysis and work with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and text files. We assign tasks and collaborate seamlessly across locations, enhancing productivity significantly.

Google Workspace has drastically improved our productivity and collaboration by allowing multiple users to work simultaneously on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations from different locations. 

The communication features such as ongoing chat and video calls around documents, email suggestions for changes, dynamic email, and its integration with BigQuery are very beneficial. The ability to share real-time updates and collaborate instantly saves us hours compared to traditional software solutions.

I use G Suite for email and to plan activities, daily work, and meetings. I also use Google Docs and Google Drive to collect all the customer information. It's like Microsoft SharePoint but from Google.

My company has 13,000 employees, and everyone uses G Suite, including sales staff, engineers, and management. Users work with different G Suite tools depending on their roles. I'm using most of G Suite in my sales role.

Google Mail lets you link a task to a specific email and add a reminder. That's helpful for reviewing your schedule. It's based on Slack, so you don't have these folders like in Microsoft mail. Using Slack instead of folders is a bit more intuitive. It's easier to find again a specific email than using Microsoft Suite. If you misplace things, it's much easier to find them because of Google's search capability. 

The solution is primarily used for:

1. Collaboration. As a presales person, on a daily basis, I have to work with my team collaboratively on multiple documents at the same time, and this tool allows me to execute the activities effectively in real time 

2. Documents Storage and Management

3. Form development to gather regular feedback and information from customers and internal employees 

4. Calendar, spreadsheets, Drive, Meet, and Gmail. These all features help me to do effectively communication and execution of collaborative tasks across the team in real time.

The solution has improved our organization via:

1. Real-time collaboration for document development. It is saving our team ideal time and increasing the efficiency of collaborative working. 

2. Easy-to-build forms are allowing me to get feedback and information from my internal teams as well as from the customers very efficiently with the result data in structured manner.

3. Confidently uploading of data in storage for easy access and cross-regional and cross-departmental access.

I use the spreadsheets for number crunching and analysis. I also use Google Docs to collaborate.

The collaboration features are valuable. Multiple people can review, comment, and work together in real-time. When we are working on deliverables, Google Docs is the most useful. It enables multiple people to collaborate, comment, and assign tasks.

The product prevents multiple reviews. It can be done asynchronously. Even if we're working on a school project, productivity will increase. It is better than downloading the file, editing it through Microsoft Word, and adding comments.

I use the product for Gmail and Google Drive. 

The solution offers a workflow where we can collaborate and share documents. Its most valuable features are Gmail and Google Drive. Google Drive is great for file collaboration. It improves productivity. The product is on the cloud; we don't have to connect to the office through a VPN. 

We use Google Chat to communicate with team members daily. 

We use Google Workspace for emails and documents.

The corporate email feature on Google's Gmail is fantastic. The other features that I like are Excel, Google Work, and Google Drive.

I use Google Workspace for work and personal purposes. For example, I use Gmail to connect with friends and family members. I send emails and links to articles and videos I like to watch.

I do HR consulting on the side, so from a work standpoint, I use Google Workspace to help organize invoices and submit proposals to potential clients. I mainly communicate through Gmail to get my side business going.

Google Workspace improved my side business because it made me more efficient and helped me save time-wise.

For example, when I send out an email to a client on Gmail, I say, "Hey, does this time make sense for you for an initial consultation or the actual consultation itself?" I send that email out, and Google Calendar already puts it in, so if I say, "Hey, I'm excited to meet you at 3:00 PM," it already suggests that event. As soon as I go in and confirm that event, it pops up on my Google calendar, making the process more streamlined for my side business.

For video chatting and video conferencing with my clients, I use Google Meet.
