Our country, Pakistan, seems to have limited support compared to other regions. Currently, the regional office is in Dubai, and I believe it would be beneficial to establish a regional office in Pakistan to enhance support and accessibility for users in our country. There is room for improvement in their mobile app. While it is generally user-friendly, it frequently encounters glitches and issues and I suggest that the mobile application be enhanced in future updates to make it more interactive and reliable.

We have been working previously with the self-hosting solution. It was not difficult, but it took some time to make it work. But at some point, we were wasting too much time just to maintain our system. Then we moved to their hosting solution. It's possible to integrate, but we would need to code. So it's not so easy. You need to have a specialist to make these integrations. It works out of the box, but if you need to make customizations, it's not easy. Then you need specialists to work on this for you. It took a long time to install and customize the way we wished. But once we moved to their solution, it's very easy. A couple of days to make all the customization. previously [with previous products], we wasted too much time to maintain the system and make necessary changes. If people do not have the resources to constantly work on maintenance, they should move to their service, their online service.

We are a partner of Odoo in Venezuela, and we implement Odoo for our clients. It's easy to implement. Once you understand the relationship between different modules, you can set it up in a short period of time. I'd rate it an eight out of ten in terms of the ease of the setup. All of our customers currently are on the cloud. Its implementation duration varies. We do the presentation for two months, and then we have the implementation for nine months to twelve months. It depends on the number of modules and the complexity of the customer. We have some customers who don't know their processes very well, so we have to spend a lot of time with them at the beginning to discuss their processes and their data before we start to implement it. On average, in four or five months, you can set up and start taking advantage of the fully implemented system. The number of people required for implementation varies, but generally, it doesn't require more than five people. Usually, there are one or two functional consultants and a project leader. There may be one or two developers for localization and other things.
