Useful for virtual meetings, but stability needs improvement

What needs improvement?

Webex's stability could be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Webex for more than six years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Webex should be more stable. I have had some problems with connection, and it can be complicated in some areas.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

This solution is scalable.

How was the initial setup?

The installation is straightforward, but it can be tricky parts when opening a session on your mobile phone or laptop.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Webex is expensive, especially compared to Zoom or Google.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Zoom or Google could be good solutions for medium-sized or cost-conscious companies. However, not every country in the world can use all software—in some countries you cannot use Google, in some you cannot use Webex.

What other advice do I have?

I rate Webex a seven out of ten. Whether I would recommend Webex to others depends on the size and policy of a company. If they decide that they want to have an image or a reputation to show that they are a big corporation, and use a high brand product, they could use Webex. However, if they're just a medium company and very cost-conscious, then there are other options. It really depends on the image of your company, as well as your network condition.
