Useful Fiori applications, excellent technical support, and highly scalable

"There should be a place where I can get the best available applications in one place. Currently, Fiori applications are available in different tiles on the dashboards. If anyone wants to check the financial, sales, and inventory reporting in one place, it is not possible in Fiori. We would have to develop a custom Fiori application. If that feature can be incorporated into the standard Fiori, it will be helpful for us."

I have found the most valuable feature to be the SAP Fiori application.

What needs improvement?

There should be a place where I can get the best available applications in one place. Currently, Fiori applications are available in different tiles on the dashboards. If anyone wants to check the financial, sales, and inventory reporting in one place, it is not possible in Fiori. We would have to develop a custom Fiori application. If that feature can be incorporated into the standard Fiori, it will be helpful for us.

The solution is highly scalable.

SAP S4HANA is best suited for medium and large organizations. There is another solution called SAP Business One that is more suited for smaller organizations.

What is our primary use case?

Most of the modules in our corporation is on the finance module. We also use it for HCM.

What is most valuable?

I can verify and provide the overall financial aid report and also the management report. It makes it better and easier to implement. Also, it provides a better view of business operations.

What needs improvement?

You will not see convenient user experiences with SAP S4HANA's website or application. It is not mobile-friendly either.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using it for about four years.

How are customer service and technical support?

We've been happy with the technical support.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was quite straightforward because we started with finance.

What other advice do I have?

Depending on the industry and the nature of the business, I would recommend SAP S4HANA, especially if the company has a working model like ours.

On a scale from one to ten, I would rate SAP S4HANA at seven.
